SPECIAL ABILITIES, POWERS

Shapeshifting: Tendou can shapeshift into more or less anything he can imagine. He can extend his limbs, grow spikes, turn into liquid-like matter, grow wings.. etc.
Regeneration: Tendou can regenerate from almost any type of damage, to the point of virtual immortality.
Absorbtion: Tendou can absorb any other living tissue into his body.. via sex or feeding. Whatever he absorbs, he gains first the knowledges, then the skills, and then the special abilities and techniques. If he can consume (or complete sex) with them, he will also absorb any and all powers they have.
Fire Resistance: Due to the Renge parts of his body, Tendou is highly resistant to flame, but does not actually have a Hokage Flame.
Multiple Bodies: Provided Tendou has enough raw matter to merge with, he can infuse the dead memories he's absorbed into it and form a small army of drones with toned down versions of his power. Treat as Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu, but with human and meat and synthetic matter instead of water.
Energy Blasts: By burning calories from the people he's consumed, Tendou can obliterate almost anything. It is a mecha-scale attack and each of the eyes on his body can generate it. It has a long cooldown time and requires a LOT of power, however, but it's Tendou's most devastating attack.
Izumi Saotome: This form of Tendou uses Izumi Saotome's fighting style and special techniques, and has its unique personality, warped by Tendou and tempered by everyone in the Tendou DNA library's views on Izumi. It exists as a replacement for Koi Tendou.
Izumi Tendou now being human has access to more of Izumi's usual techniques but she still does not have access to Izumi's materia.

Izu Tendou was given some materia by Ain and are as following:

Jutsu

  • Kage Bunshin no Jutsu
    • Shadow Clone Skill
    • Type: Ninjutsu
    • Description: A forbidden jutsu, that creates clones - which are not just plain illusions (like the normal bunshin no jutsu). Each clone is an exact replica of Izumi, capable of attacking. A direct hit causes the clone to disappear.
  • Suirou no Jutsu
    • Water Prison Skill
    • Type: Ninjutsu
    • Description: Creates a large sphere of water, that holds the opponent inside it. The prison is difficult to escape, yet, the drawback is that the user must keep contact with the sphere to keep the prison working.
  • Suiton Daibakufu no Jutsu
    • Water Type; Explosion Skill
    • Type: Ninjutsu
    • Description: Sends a large spinning pillar of water towards the opponent. Can only be performed when near a moderately large water source, and uses a large amount of chakra. Its a devastating jutsu.
  • Suiton Suijinheki
    • Water Type; Water Barrier Wall
    • Type: Ninjutsu
    • Description: Creates a blast of water from the mouth, usually used to block fire type attacks.
  • Suiton Suiryuudan no Jutsu
    • Water Type; Water Dragon Blast Skill
    • Type: Ninjutsu
    • Description: Creates a large dragon shape formed from a large amount of spinning water. The dragon form is sent towards your opponent for a powerful attack. This jutsu can only be performed when near a large body of water.
  • Kirigakure no Jutsu
    • Hidden Mist Skill
    • Type: Ninjutsu
    • Description: A highly effective cover technique. Blankets an area in a thick fog, confusing the senses of the enemy.
  • Suiton: Bakusui Shōha
    • Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave
    • Type: A-rank, Offensive, Supplementary, All ranges
    • After spitting out a great volume of water from his mouth, the enemy is swallowed up by this advancing surge and crushed. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. When used with Kisame's enormous chakra, even dry wastelands will turn into an ocean.
  • Suiton: Suijinheki
    • Water Release: Water Encampment Wall
    • Type: B-rank, Defensive, Short range (0-5m)
    • This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water that can be up to 360° if necessary. This wall of water is especially efficient at stopping fire techniques though is unable to defend against elemental fusion and combination techniques such as those employed by Kakuzu. In the manga the hand seal sequence for this jutsu ends in the same seal that activate the Byakugan, though Tobirama Senju only needs one to use this jutsu. Furthermore the anime creates a completely original and far more elaborate set of hand seals when Tobirama uses it in the form of having the right hand cupping the left hand with a thumbs-up. Kakashi Hatake after the time skip is shown to be able to execute this jutsu in an area with no water by blowing water from his mouth (through his mask) suggesting that the ninja only blows out a stream of chakra that turns into water externally. Tobirama also used this method during the Destruction of Konoha arc, and it was this jutsu that made the Konoha ANBU in attendance marvel at his ability to use such a high level technique in a place with no water, meaning it must be quite a remarkable feat.
  • Suiton: Suikōdan no Jutsu
  • Suiton: Suishōha
    • Water Release: Water Shockwave
    • Type: A-rank, Offensive, Supplementary, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
    • This technique allows the user to make a spiraling vortex of water from the moisture in the air. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave, to which the user can control the direction the wave goes.

Guardian Force

Leviathan, the Sea King or Lord of all Waters.
  • Leviathan
    • Attack: Tsunami (大海嘯, Dai Kaishō, or つなみ, Tsunami?), also known as Tidal Wave, is a Water-elemental attack that damages all enemies. He can also wash away smaller enemies, killing them instantly (otherwise known as Eject). Leviathan's summon time is 21.4s.

WEAKNESSES

Healing Flame: The Healing Flame can wreck the Tendou Jigoku.
Anti-Undead: While this won't kill it and he can regenerate it, anti-undead wards and spells will mess up its body control abilities.
Driven: Tendou must consume and mate with whatever he sees. All his needs have fused into one.
Completion: Izu Tendou wants to still regain the memories and abilities that it does not have from Izumi.
