Appearance
Usually dresses in gothic, dark outfits.. a lot of leather, a lot of skin. Anything shock value. For school she does wear her regular fuku.
Personality
Rebellious, angsty.. blunt.. likes to make a scene and say and do things to get a reaction out of people. She's very intelligent and analytical.
Background
Usagi "Chibi-Usa' Tsukino was a resident at the infamous Maison Ikkoku and while being there, she met and fell in love with a young man named Luche Len Len.. who had shown her kindness and compassion when she had previously appeared at the Inn in a broken, unstable state (as Black Lady). After many encounters, and sweet dances.. and other romantic scenerios, the two eventually were married.
During the early stages of their marriage when Usagi was still living at the Inn with Luche, Sagiko first appeared from the future being chased by youma who were apparently sent from the Dead Moon. Sagiko seemed to loathe Luche, blaming him for the death of her mother. Luche became very upset at this, wishing to run away and save Usagi the pain. He kissed Sagiko to turn himself into Dark Schneider and left the Inn. ...this undoubtly hurt Usagi further and she chased after Luche to bring him back, assuring him that she would always want to be with him no matter what. The two reconciled and were able to find Sagiko who had been kidnapped and was about to be the new host for the Dead Moon Queen. The body transfer was stopped and Sagiko was saved.. who then seemed a little more open to speaking with Luche.
After the hard battle between their relationship, Luche Len Len was turned mortal after the major use of his power and during that short time when he was with Usagi she became pregnant. Both of them then left the Inn to start their family by going back to Crystal Tokyo.. and Sagiko was born. Meanwhile, Helios who was jealous and upset that Usagi had ended with Luche Len Len.. had ended up with Diana.. and they had a son named Phoebe. Phoebe was then decided to be Sagiko's guardian.
Everything was fine as Sagiko was growing up until the ill-fated future that Sagiko feared became true. Usagi unexplainably became sick.. and then passed away when she turned five. Sagiko was devestated.. and blamed her father for this, as she knew her father's 'true' origin. She blamed him for sending her mother to hell. This was the starting point of Sagiko's self-destructive and rebellious behavior. She began smoking, drinking.. she did whatever she could to hurt her father to make sure he knew that she hated him. ..it progressively became worse until one day Sagiko destroyed an old picture of Usagi and Luche Len Len in their younger years. At that point, Luche Len Len snapped and Dark Schneider emerged.
Sagiko's terrifying memory of That Man made her cower in fear.. from that point she knew her limits and decided she wanted to destroy any evil as it reminded her of her father... but she did not want to stay at Crystal Tokyo any longer. Though Sagiko appreciated the presence of the guardian senshi who had appeared to protect her, Sagiko left to hone the training she got from the Amazoness Quartet to become the ultimate Sailor Senshi, like her mother was in her mind. So here she is! Now at the Inn.

Moon Crystal Power Make Up! - Sagiko is able to transform into Sailor Moon, the heroine of love and justice. While transforming, Sagiko's clothes disappear and ribbons encase her figure that spring out of her transformation brooch. As Sailor Moon no one is able to know her true identity unless she transforms directly IN front of them (or she tells them she's Sailor Moon, I guess).
Moon Tiara Action - Sailor Moon removes the tiara from her forehead, turning it into a disc and flinging it at the enemy. It has the power to destroy lesser youma, trap them by having the tiara form into binds around their arms and mid-section, or just damaging them.
Moon Sceptre Elimination - Sailor Moon forms a Moon Sceptre and then twirls it around to charge it up.. then fires an eclipse-shaped beam at the enemy. If this is an evil force, this will damage them greatly.
Moon Crystal Power - Sailor Moon is able to use the power of the Silver Imperium Crystal (Ginzuishou) and purify evil from a being.
Senshi Combo Attacks
- Royal Heart Breaker - Dual attack with Sailor Sirius and Sailor Moon. Sirius and Moon shout and sing the attack out together and each of them get a method of singing the song. Sirius uses her headset, Sailor Moon will transform the Pretty Moon Wand into a microphone. At the end of the final verse a huge musical note with a heart on it blasts outwards at the target. WITH A RAINBOW.
Lyrics (Sailor Sirius in Purple and Sailor Moon in Blue):

- Beautiful Turnabout Spark - Dual attack with Sailor Procyon and Sailor Moon. Sailor Procyon throws up her shield, The Freebird, which floats in the air like a discus and stays flat like a judge's gavel. Then Sailor Moon leaps into the air and turns her Pretty Moon Wand into a judge's hammer and then it collides with Procyon's shield.. a blinding shock wave will then fly out from the impact of Shield and Moon Wand at the target. It is appropriate for both to yell out the name and point their fingers to the sky as if shouting an objection.
Merits
Common Sense (1): You are full of practical wisdom. A great merit for starting characters, as you may receive advice from the GM regarding how to handle certain situations.
Iron Will (5): You cannot be mind-controlled easily, and getting you to surrender is borderline impossible. When magical (or other) mind-control is attempted on you, both roll and you get a +3 bonus to your roll. It's possible to do it, but you'll fight it with every fiber of your being, and will not stay in thrall very long.
Burning Aura (2): Your aura is unusually brilliant; even people who can't read auras will be inexplicably drawn to you. Some may see you as a threat or a snack.
Double-Jointed (1): +1 Bonus on any roll involving flexibility, or escaping.

Enemy (5) Queen of the New Moon (Nephrenia): Somebody's out to hurt you or your reputation, or even kill you (or people close to you). A 5-point enemy could easily kick your ass into next Tuesday. Queen Nephrenia is devoted to ruining/humiliating the family of the second Moon Princess. ..and taking Sagiko's body for her own.
Compulsive Speech (aka Big Mouth) (1): For whatever reason, you have difficulty sticking to the rule, "If you can't say anything nice, don't say it at all." 1 point makes you talkative and a bit blunt.
Dark Secret (1) (Being Sailor Moon): There's something about you which you don't want people to know, and it would be very bad if they did (or at least you think it would be).
Intolerance (1) (Her Father): You have difficulty tolerating a specific thing or type of person, and are likely to snap at them and be dismissive.
Phobia (1) Dark Schneider: You have a specific, incredibly powerful fear. At 1 pt, you will avoid any contact or nearness with the object of your fear, and all rolls near it will be at -1 penalty.. as well as other shortcomings, like nervousness, fear, and the general wanting to get the hell out of there, which you will at the first opportunity.
