She been described as lithe and having blonde hair, much like her father. Recently, she has dyed her hair pink, desiring to do something...different.

Personality

Prae, no longer having the option to hide constantly behind the mask of Cait Sith has growing up a significant amount emotionally. She smiles, laughs, and enjoys the company of friends, where once she was a cold hearted and cruel girl, she's become a lot...nicer to her distaste. She also has the habit to give people nicknames now.

Background

Daughter of Rufus Shinra, Prae has been the quiet observer for quite sometime. While not many are sure of her agenda, what is known is she he works to find a way to bring her father's company back to the world dominating power it used to be. What isn't known is how she intends to go about such a plan. As she grew up, she found that others just...weren't smart enough for her. Private schooled, only the best her intellect demanded, she never went wanting. The spoiled princess eventually decided that Shinra being a mere R&D department wasn't enough, and set forth "Project Repeat", following the footsteps of Reeves, she designed her own Cait Sith with some improvements, in her eyes, and went out to play the part of "the hero".

Since her time at PARADIGM she's begun to make friends and has come out of her shell. By day she goes to school, Ballet class, Martial arts at Ryosuke's Dojo, and Training with Major Jackal, in her off time, she frequently works at designing new sims for PARADIGM'S danger room. After much time, Prae has really changed, going from the cold hearted individual she once was, to a more open person. This of course is to no small part thanks to Shannon Moore, Venus Highwind, and Aimi Utada. She enjoys music, sappy romance dramas, and B-Movies. Over the months, she's grown quite a bit, especially now that she has a reason to fight. She's stepped up her training, using the sims to become better at fighting known Inspirato members every day.

She still wants to return Shinra to it's former glory, but now seeks to do it through more ethical means.

Paralysis Knife : Knife that deals no physical damage, but instead causes immediate paralysis of the area of the body that was struck. Obtained during Mission #40

Predator Disc : Extremely sharp, good distance when thrown. Obtained during Mission #42

Grant's Chakrams : Pair of Spiked Charkams, weighted for long distance throwing. Spikes are similar to Kunai and can be thrown. Obtained during Mission #53

Trevor's Whip : Chain whip with multiple spikes, morning star head. Obtained during Mission #53

Thunderbrand : Also known as "Indra's Light", Lightning Elemental Sword. Obtained during Mission #53 [Note: Shinra is currently training to get better at wielding this]

Kaleido-Stick : Turns user into Kaleido Ruby. Obtained during Mission #62

Flower Power Up : Grants fireball power, one time used. Obtained During Mission #93

Personal Light Shield : Requires activation, able to stop mundane melee weapons and up to medium sized rounds. Can also absorb some impacts from explosions.. Obtained during Mission #122

Summon Materia: Yojimbo

With the red summon materia, Prae is able to call upon the Summon Yojimbo and ask for his help once per mission. He will take the fee of the current mission he is on and he will attack accordingly. (ex: D rank mission fee will have him do his Daigoro attack.)

  • Daigoro: Yojimbo's dog will attack on his command. (D-Rank)
  • Kozuka: Yojimbo throws several kozuka (a special throwing knife made to fit inside a wakizashi's scabbard) at a single target. (C-Rank)
  • Wakizashi: Yojimbo slashes single/multiple targets with his wakizashi (his short sword). (B-Rank)
  • Zanmato: Yojimbo calls his katana out of a portal in the ground and uses it to slice all enemies in half. It instantly kills any lower class enemy, Higher tier bosses will take a SIGNIFICANT amount of damage. (A-Rank+)

Kaleido Stick

The Kaleido Stick.
  • Name: Kaleido Stick
  • Description: A sentient white wand with an ornate, winged top that allows it's user to transform into the Magical Girl, Kaleido Ruby.
  • Activation: "Compact! Full Open! Maximum Mirror Gate Expansion! Der Spiegelform wird fertig zum Transport--!"
  • Weaknesses: If the wand is out of the users hand for longer than 30 seconds and also out of their reach of 50 feet, the user will de-transform.
  • Passive Abilities:
    • Greater Prana: While transformed, the user has a boosted presence of magical energy. This would be noted by magical users.
    • Flight: Kaleido Ruby will be able to fly at max speed of 100mph. She can only carry people that she's able to in her de-transformed state, also when she carries someone her speed is then halved.
  • Defensive Abilities:
    • Strobe Kaleid: A barrier is erected only around Kaleido Ruby, allowing her to take one relatively strong attack. This can only be used once every five minutes.
    • HP Regen: A self buff that will increase the user's defense, and allow them to survive other types of attacks normal humans could not. It is especially resilient against physical attacks. (Gameplay Wise: The Magical Girl can take punishment that could kill an ordinary human and survive it. It does not give them invincibility or even resistance to those things, but they can take 'general damage' instead of 'Bullet wound to the neck'. Do not abuse this.)
    • Kaleido Wall: A pink spherical barrier is raised up around Kaleido Ruby and her allies, lowering magical and physical damage. The ability will last for about five minutes. This move gives everyone essentially the "Protect" and "Shell" buff.
  • Special Attacks:
    • Kaleid Liner: A mana (non-elemental damage) beam fired from her forefinger, very similar (practically identical) to Venus' Love Me Beam. This attack is meant for only a single target and does not affect a wide range of enemies.
    • Kaleid Smite: Kaleido Ruby lobs a small jewel (like Egg Shen from Big Trouble in Little China that causes a minor explosion) and can hit a group of enemies in a condensed area with non-elemental damage. Think of a grenade.
    • Pretty Heartful Destroy: An attack that has a spiritual quality to it and will allow Kaleido Ruby to fight against ghosts/demons. This attack will send out a heart-shaped blast from her Kaleido Stick out at the target. This ability must be charged up like any other magical girl attack and it will take about 30 seconds. When the attack is charged and fired it will damage ghosts/demons and is more like a finisher -- the more she battles the foe, the more effective it will get. This attack does not hurt human beings.
    • LYRICAL MAGICAL GENOCIDE - Prism Hammer: Kaleido Ruby's finisher move. She will glow and twirl (with sparkles, of course) and transform her wand into a hammer. The hammer will then be swung at her enemy and a shock wave of crystals erupt from the ground and cause massive, non-elemental damage to the target(s).

  • The reason why Prae's attached to Cait Sith as much as she is, is because one of the first gifts she remembers her father giving her was a Cait Sith Doll
