Rozenkreuz is a training facility for gifted young people, turning them into killing machines, originally for the group Ezstett, and now under the oversight of Erluchtet.
All it's graduates are psychic or otherwise empowered, either through birth or genetic modification.

History
Rozenkreuz as a program was started tentatively during World War II. The group Ezstett was in charge of locating and training special young people, who, like them, had psychic or mystical powers.
The Third Reich fell, but the program was still active, and Ezstett expanded it's influence, using both their exceptional resources and their vast psychic powers, to locate and recruit other young, powerful people.
Each graduating class kept a few instructors, and the Rozenkreuz program continued, furthering the goals of Ezstett, which were eventually revealed to be a demon worshiping cult, linked to the foundations of World War II and the Nazi party.
However, not every student from the academy was loyal to the three ancients. By the year 2000, the star pupils of the Rozenkreuz training camps were Schwarz, and they set up their demanding and controlling masters to fight against the third group of Weiß, then came in after they were weakened to kill them and take over the organization and their resources.
For the next 30 years, Schwarz and their own students were training and expanding the purview of the Rozenkreuz facilities, providing new generations of super powered assassins.
Purpose
Rozenkreuz exists to locate, train and indoctrinate psychic and mystically powered young people to be assassins, bodyguards and warriors. The earlier classes were under direct supervision from Ezstett, and furthering their Nazi-oriented goals
However, under Schwarz, the Rozenkreuz graduates have become more varied, mostly due to Schwarz's own idiosyncrasies and differing goals. New classes are trained to be mercenaries and follow Schwarz mentors in jobs or to locate and kidnap gifted youngsters.
Each class is organized in groups of four (with a few exceptions), trained to work individually and assist each other when necessary, using team tactics against powerful foes and separating and isolating groups into one on one battles. Each group has a clear leader and a secondary leader, and each groups are aimed for balance between physical and psychic power.
The current training facility is in New-Zealand, due to having to relocate from Germany after the death of Ezstett. The rich natural landscape and location away from other people, as well as the isolation and forced bonding, has served the group well.
