SPECIAL ABILITIES, POWERS
Highly Trained Assassin: Tiegel is trained in most forms of assassination and CQC, from knives to blades to guns, as he took to them naturally. His favored weapon is a submachine gun but he can handle himself well with blades or a sniper rifle as well.
Telepathy: Tiegel is a telepath, usually able to tell what people are about to do and react ahead of time.
Psychokinesis: Tiegel is a telekine, able to manipulate objects with his mind. He uses this to aim rifles at opponents and launch seeking blades at his foes.
- PK Field: Tiegel is capable of lessening blows done to him and redirecting damage with a personal PK force field, keeping him from taking lethal damage or getting more than a cut from even a deep stab or powerful strike. He can even resist bullets to a degree, but more like he was wearing a flak jacket than no-selling them.
NOTABLE ITEMS
Providence: Tiegel's personal submachine gun. It can be assembled instantly from various parts hidden around him and can be used to fire instantly. It was originally an HK MP5A2 sub-machine gun. It has high penetration and a built in suppressor, allowing him to fire silently even in a crowded room.
PK-Link System: A system to enhanced Tiegel's psychokinetic field. This allows him to move faster, hit harder, and soak blows better than he can without it. More importantly, it can focus his psychic power into single spots, and allowing him to block strikes that his basic field would not be able to, such as rifle fire or point black shotgun slugs.
