SPECIAL ABILITIES, POWERS
Accomplished Assassin: Due to training from Rozenkreuz and Tiegel, Verrater is one of the most accomplished killers of his age group. He is highly skilled in hand to hand, but is primarily good at the use of long ranged weapons and small firearms.
Technopathy: Verrater can interface with computer, due to his telepathy and some modifications built into his PK-Link system harness.
Psychokinesis: Verrater has limited psychokinetic abilities, enough to manipulate smaller items from a distance, or disarm opponents.
Telepathy: Verrater can get insight in people around him by glancing into their minds. This makes him a skilled and dangerous fighters, using his mind to see what they're going to do next and move in from there.
NOTABLE ITEMS
PK Link System: Verrater uses a harness which boosts his Psychokinetic and Technopathic abilities. His harness is comprised of a mostly artificial, electronic brain which allows him to interface with computers, and handles most of the targeting/analysis for use of his psychokinesis.
Legend Killer: Verrater uses a set of rifles and small arms, customized to be light and easy to fire. The triggers have been removed, and only a telekinetic can use them to shoot.
