Personality

Generally quiet, but is basically a sardonic war veteran of several thousand battlefields. Is not especially mean, but only feels alive when in the middle of a battle. Seems unapproachable, but has a very down to earth attitude about most things. Generally prefers to keep quiet when not in battle or involved in something like it (planning, etc). Is prone to action, even if ill-advised, rather than waiting or a less direct situation.

Background

Before he awoke in the Lunatic Pandora at ST Coordinates 005-737-5423, there is no mention or memory about or from Weapon Ten. He was born on that day, surrounded by parasitic, highly deadly aliens. After clearing the place out and meeting with his brothers and sisters, his main programing dictated he was to wipe out all metahumans, and so he set out to do so. This ended in dismal failure, as the opposition was too much for them. One of the enemies he encountered during this time managed to hijack his programing, and he would've been shut down if not for his incredible regenerative capabilities. As such, the newly unprogrammed Synth was free to do as he wanted, and acquired a Portal Spawner from a fallen foe of his own enemies, and set about to find his place in the universe.

Special Abilities

Martial Arts: Weapon Ten has programmed martial arts skills implanted in his brain and reflexes. He is highly skilled in every style of hand to hand combat, from more sports-like western combat techniques (Marine Corps Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiujitsu and Wrestling), to more accessible Asian styles of combat (Aikijutsu, Kempo and Muay Thai), to less commonly thought of fighting techniques from Africa and Europe (Ngolo, Sambo and Savate). Essentially this makes him able to compete in any style of martial arts combat, and use the best technique for the best possible moment. His initial training made this adaptation of style far more efficient and useful over time.

Blade Master: Weapon Ten is a master with all types of bladed weapons, specifically swords. He is above all else a master swordsman, having his own blade (see below), but is able to handle himself expertly with any kind of bladed weapons. Weapon Ten has been programmed with all conventional styles of fighting with a sword, knife, dagger, or otherwise. He is as comfortable with a power-based style as he is with finesse and defensive based techniques, from a Zanbatou to a fencing foil. He is incredibly more adept with his personal sword from years of practice, but he is still able to show high levels of skill otherwise. Note that, like his pre-programmed Martial Arts, Weapon Ten has had them programmed, so a unique, secret or otherwise deceased form of Kenjutsu, or one that requires an additional element, are not part of his arsenal (so no Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu or Hyoumon Ken).

Powers & Merits

Regenerative Healing Factor: Genetic tampering, Legacy Engine powered Nanomachine production and an enhanced physiology makes Ten able to heal from practically any damage.The tampering in his brain allows his body to regenerate it without any loss of new memories (the old ones are gone), as well as repair his body back to full fighting force ASAP. While minor wounds (occasional bullet, knife slashes, punches) are always healing, Ten needs to take a moment to focus the Legacy Engine to activate full healing, but then is back to full power. Alternately, he will heal anything over time, but will be impaired in combat if he takes too much damage. (Flash Heal).
Stealth Systems: Designed to be a Hunter/Killer, Weapon Ten has very useful stealth systems. When activated, he is undetectable to machines, and has a body wide Octo-Camo system activated. This includes cameras and non-specialized optics, as well as heat sensors, tracking devices, and so on. Passively, this system allows him to be unaffected by low-level magnetic fields (does not trigger metal detectors even when openly carrying a weapon), and gives him knowledge of how much exposure and noise he's under and making, allowing him to move with advanced stealth even without using Octo Camo.
Hyper Senses: Weapon Ten has incredible senses. All of them are beyond that of the best animal, having been enhanced and in some cases, replaced entirely. With his smell and taste, he can track anything he's gotten the scent or taste of. He can see better and sharper than any human can, and can even see bullets move, allowing him to register things other, normal people would be unable to notice, and react appropriately (see below).
Superhuman Strength: Weapon Ten's muscles have been enhanced with synthetic muscle tissue, which can be powered by the Legacy Engine. This allows him to deliver massively powerful punches, as well as lift/press several tons. He is able to go toe to toe with the strongest and fastest. While not granting him actual Super Speed (see below), this does allow Ten to be able to keep up with high speed motorized vehicles on foot, and leap amazingly well and far.
Superhuman Reflexes: Weapon Ten's brain and nerves have been wired to react well beyond the range of humans, and even from high-end martial artists. This allows him to move like he has Bullet Time, able to duck around weapons and attacks, then immediately counterattack. His combat speed is enough that he may be able to dodge machine gun fire at point blank range if ready for it.

Internal Weaponry

Energy Redirection Barrier: Prods extend through his hands, allowing Ten to redirect energy directed at him. Depending on how much energy he attempts to redirect, it is possible this will not work. No effect on non-scientific energy types, so pure magic or 'cold' will not be redirected, but light and electricity, plasma, lasers, etc, will be. He can block heat and flames directed at him (Flamethrower, single target fire spells), but explosive or AOE spells will not be affected (Fire Balls, AOE Flames, etc).
Z Alloy Skeleton: Weapon Ten's skeleton is made of Super Alloy Z, making it virtually indestructible. This allows him to take massive amounts of punishment, and keeps his internal organs mostly safe.
Z Alloy Blades: A sword and built in kodachi blades that grow out of his hands, these blades are made of Super Alloy Z. They are essentially unbreakable, and are able to cut through most physical materials, provided enough force is behind it.

Merits

Ambidextrous (2pts): Weapon Ten isn't really left handed.
Iron Will (5pts): Weapon Ten cannot be affected by mental shenanigans because he is not a human. Even without that, he doesn't give up and will persevere to the last iota of his being.

Unique Items

Z Alloy Sword: Weapon Ten's sword. It is magnetically polarized to the metal in his hand, allowing him to remain stuck to it and recall it to his hand. it is an oddly shaped, incredibly heavy sword, and it is made of Z Alloy, a near-indestructible material which is nearly impossible to damage. It is stronger and heavier than his built in blades.
Legacy Engine: Endless power source.

Weaknesses & Flaws

Amnesia (2pts): Weapon Ten does not remember his life, his emotional attachments to people, or his parents. He was told who one of them is, but he doesn't especially feel a reaction to it, nor does he really remember her.
Flashbacks (3pts): Weapon Ten has been brought to the end of his life at least once before. More importantly, he had his entire nervous system re-attached to a synthetic body. He occasionally suffers from flashbacks like these.
Otherworldly Taint (2pts): Weapon Ten has golden, clearly non-human eyes. Even a passing glance at them makes him stand out, when he isn't hiding. It is incredibly hard for him to go unnoticed.
