Appearance
Like his father, very muscular and very toned. Despite his muscular frame, Shen is deceptively fast and flexible due to training with his mother's Chinese martial arts in conjunction with learning his father's martial arts. Likes to dress in athletic clothing that shows off the body (Underarmor, etc). Also wear gloves with metal plates over the knuckles.
Shen bears the Tattoo of the Devil Gene, which starts from his left wrist all the way up his arm towards his left pectoral. He passes it off as just a cool looking tattoo whenever strangers ask but those that know of the Devil Gene will instantly recognize it.
Personality
Kind, gentle individual. Quite an optimist but seeing the negativity that is being generated by his father's company has started to make him be more jaded. Sometimes can be hot-headed and a little naive (damn young'uns). Treats everyone with proper respect, even more so to martial artists due to his love of fighting. Has a legit fear of the Devil Gene, despite using his mother's martial arts to try to calm and soothe the dark power.
Background
The world was thrown into chaos by his father's actions. Wars were waged against the entire world. Economies were destroyed. The world suffered for one man's driving goal of eliminating an evil far greater than the Devil Gene, Azazel. When the task was completed at the end of the sixth Tekken, the Mishima Zaibatsu begun to loosened its claws from the world. Only those in the personal circle within the Tekken Tournament would know about Jin saving the world.
Years have passed since that pivotal event. The Mishima Zaibatsu leaned away from its militarization to allow the nations to have their moment of rebuilding. It was at this time, Xiaoyu was finally able to approach Jin without his elite military army in the way. She wanted to know why he set the world in flames and refused to be turned away this time. Eventually she found out about Azazel and that only the world's suffering would be enough to have Azazel manifest into a physical form in order to be destroyed. This made Xiaoyu extremely happy since this proves that Jin is not an evil person at heart. With Azazel gone, Jin was finally able to feel somewhat relieved that the world was no longer in danger. The downtime allowed Xiaoyu to try to break down those mental walls that Jin put around himself and finally get him to open his heart to her. After months of dating, Jin finally found a calming peace with Xiaoyu and soon after, they would get engaged and then married.
Shen was born into the world nine months later. Because of his parents' abilities, Shen has a natural affinity for martial arts and would become a very accomplished fighter. Jin was troubled once again because his son bore the mark of the Devil Gene. He asked his wife, Xiaoyu, to teach him to try to suppress the dark power with meditation and her slow-movement martial arts while he uses his company to seek a way to stop the Devil Gene once and for all. He was mostly raised by his mother and always looked up to his father, despite what the world said about him and his company. He was told that his relatives were all evil people and to stay away from them.
While growing up, Shen had multiple run-ins with the Mishima family, particularly his uncle, Kazuma Mishima. The first time was when they were kids, Kazuma randomly showed up at the doorstep to the Mishima Zaibatsu HQ building, announcing his challenge to Shen's father to fight. Shen of course answered the challenge for his father, declaring to Kazuma that he wasn't worthy of fighting his father until Kazuma defeats him first. The workers let Shen have his fight, because they're not going to say no to their CEO's son. The two fought to a tiring standsill then Jin would show up to drive the weakened Kazuma into tactically retreating to fight Shen another day. Each time Kazuma and Shen would meet, the situation would always end with them fighting each other to a stalemate. Frustrated with the ties, Shen declared that Kazuma would be his eternal rival until he defeats him.
Their latest meeting however did not end with fighting. When Kazuma approached him randomly out of the blue, Shen saw how Kazuma hated the very notion of coming to the Mishima Zaibatsu to ask for help and knew Kazuma was telling the truth about the G-Corp hit squads actively hunting him down. He gave Kazuma what he needed, protection for the time being and use of the Mishima Zaibatsu's resources to contact PARADIGM. When he found out that Kazuma wanted to get a job with PARADIGM, he refused to let Kazuma to have all the glory and signed up alongside with Kazuma to join PARADIGM.

Power - Devil Gene
A truly destructive and cursed power inherited by his father, Shen loathes it. He actively tries to suppress its dark powers with meditation and the Chinese martial art stances that he learned from his mother. Taking enough damage will make him lose his concentration and will unleash the Devil Gene in parts. Taking massive damage will unleash it fully.
- Half-Transformation: The form he has the most interaction with. His left hand will develop claws that pierces through his fighting gloves. The Tattoo of the Devil Gene will start to extend across more of his body but not fully. His left eye will change drastically in color, black sclera with yellow iris. A black feathererd wing will sprout from the back of his left shoulder. Gains partial access to the Devil Gene's power, granting a small boost to strength, agility, durability and access to the demonic ki itself.
- Abilities Gained:
- Double jump: The single wing gives him enough lift to temporarily gain more vertical height after jumping. Shen completely takes advantage of this to assault his enemy from new aerial directions.
- Projectile: Able to mold his demonic ki into projectile with his left hand.
- Abilities Gained:
- Full Transformation: The form Shen truly fears. He has yet to fully lose complete control. The Devil Gene completely takes control, transforming his body nearly similar to his father's transformation. Pair of curved horns sprouting from his forehead. A red gem protrudes from the center of his forehead, serving as his third 'eye' for the Devil Gene. Full pair of black feathered wings. The Tattoo of Devil Gene will extend full across his body in a symmetrical pattern on the left and right side. Completely favors the Kazama-style and Mishima-style martial arts in this form.
- Abilities Gained:
- -Flight: With both wings formed, he is now able to fly and will fully takes advantage of it in his fights.
- -Infernal Beam: Lasers from his third 'eye', 'nuff said.

Merits:
- Light Sleeper (1): Due to his nightmares, Shen has been able to cope with functioning with very little sleep.
- Graceful (2): Thanks to his mother's martial arts training, Shen is incredibly agile and well-balanced on his feet and hands.
- Burning Aura (2): Shen has an intense battle aura due to his Devil Gene. Fighters and martial artists are drawn in by his burning PASSION to fight. Those who can see/sense his aura will notice that his aura is tainted by something dark and mysterious.
- Clear Sighted (3): Due to his training, Shen has intense focus and concentration that does not easily let him be fooled by illusions.
- Local Ties (2): The Mishima Zaibatsu's reach over the world allows Shen to have access to certain elements such as information not normally gained through regular channels. He doesn't uses it to its full extent as he doesn't deal with the unsavory criminal world unless it's an underground fight ring (he's all in for punching people's faces of the criminal underworld).

- Shen's Fighting Glove - Customizable gloves of his own design and produced by Mishima Zaibatsu R&D. Shen can add/remove weights and add/remove the metal knuckle plates. The knuckle plates are segmented to allow to have his fingers to retain its natural dexterity.

Weaknesses & Flaws
- Overconfident (1) - Being the son of the head of the Mishima Zaibatsu will do that to a boy.
- Phobia (Devil Gene) (1) - Shen is very afraid of what would happen when the Devil truly takes over. Will try with all of his will power to try to keep it contained, although being a martial artist and heir to the Mishima Zaibatsu does NOT help the situation.
- Enemy (5): Being the heir to his father's company, he is naturally a target of his father's rival company, G-Corporation.
- Nightmares (1): Plagued by nightmares about the Devil Gene.
- Rival (3): Has a deep rivalry with his uncle, Kazuma Mishima.
