Kazama-Ryuu Koubojutsu - Can throw a bunch of cartwheel kicks and spinning punches. A lot of spinning punches.
5 Form Kung Fu - Learned from her mentor (Lei Wulong).. his own brand of Kung Fu.. has some very odd ways of training it.. like grabbing eggs from the tops of bamboo sticks.
Zui Quan (Drunken Fist) - Drunken Fist Kung-Fu! ... Yeah. Don't let her drink.
Devil Gene Reversal - Rei's touch can reverse the affects of the Devil Gene. She also can give the feeling of calm in an area.

Due to her mentor's love of SONY, Rei has always had access to a variety of Sony products growing up. She keeps with her:

Sony VITA/Personal Palm Computer: It has a direct database with Interpol's crime listings.. allowing her to research up outstanding warrants and anybody who's committed a crime and send messages to other agents. She also plays games on it and watches movies/tv shows.
Sony MP3 player: She likes listening to hip new bands.
Investigation Kit: Things she'd need to pick up clues for a crime scene. Also has a lock/pick and stuff for sampling evidence.
Handcuffs/Restraints: If she catches a bad guy!
Beretta 92S Pistol: Standard issue. She doesn't like using guns, but she has one.
Motorcycle: To take her places!

Justice Complex - If she sees something wrong, she'll butt in. ...even if she shouldn't be.
Clumsy - During downtime she can get a bit clutzy, which might make her look graceless in the sight of others and maybe incapable. However, when she's on the job or things are serious.. she's very capable.
Human - She can be shot, stabbed, maimed.. Yeah. She can't dodge bullets or take hits from super-humans and brush it off.
