Appearance

Short, tomboyish (in that she prefers functional clothes to fancy clothes), dresses like her father did when he was younger, has silken hair, and completely white skin. She has taken to wearing skirts and more 'girly' clothes, provided they are still functional and stylish, like bike shorts under a skirt, but she will stick to the Uchiha wide collar shirt for now at least. She also has one snake eye.

Personality

Tomboy, childish, though never speaks very loud, and never cries. Is playful but not very outgoing, so will only react if offered. Cares for her family a lot, idolizes her father, and wants to grow up to be the Hokage.

Background

After Sakura Uchiha lay in the hospital after a complicated birth, Orochimaru II took her revenge by disposing of her and taking her place with her body modification techniques. She took Sakura's place in the household, and in the master bedroom. Before her ruse was exposed, she had seduced Sasuke and had gotten pregnant, and she ran away from the village while with child, prompting a final war between Konoha and Orochimaru's forces. Orochimaru II's deceit led to the death of her father, which was a boon, but had forced her to flee and give birth on the run.

A Konoha Elite squad eventually found her remaining troops and fought her off, isolating the baby and taking her back to Konoha, and her father and family. The baby was called Hanako, and despite her birth, she was considered the baby of the family. A long and complicated process brought back Sakura, and even though she had been conceived in deceit, Sakura took the girl as her own and Hanako was raised as part of the family, albeit adding another layer of distrust to the Uchiha children.

Surprisingly, none of them ended up going rogue after that, not even the psychopaths. As Hanako grew, three things were noticed about her. Firstly, she never cried, nor made any noise as a baby. Orochimaru II had modified her physiology to never express pain, discomfort or any emotion, as well as made her very quiet. Nevertheless, Hanako grew up wanting to be just like her father, a strong ninja, and had the loftiest goal of all. One day, she was going to be the Hokage.

Special Abilities

Ninja: Hanako is a ninja. She is trained in stealth, assassination and espionage. Moreover, her training in Ninjutsu and other such arts have given her the following special abilities, as well as a series of learned and trained Jutsu.
Tree Walking Technique: Hanako has learned the ability to cling to walls and ceilings through chakra.
Water Walking Technique: Hanako has been mastering the water walking technique, though not as well as the tree climbing one for now.
Ninja Speed: Hanako is exceptionally light on her feet, even for a ninja. While not on par with her incredibly powerful cousin and sister, she can keep up with all but the fastest ninja in the village.
Elemental Affinity: Hanako is very proficient in Fire based Jutsu and Lightning Based Jutsu, and can use Water Based Jutsu quite well also.

Bikou Ninjutsu - Shadowing Stealth Technique
Bikou Ninjutsu is the technique ninjas use to follow their targets covertly. The manner in which the ninja shadows their target can differ, from the basic hiding under a nearby object, to using a jutsu to turn oneself invisible.
Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique
This technique must be mastered by any ninja who has graduated from the Academy at the Hidden Leaf Village. It's the most basic technique a Genin must know, since it can be a real lifesaver. This ninjutsu creates a shadow clone of the caster.
Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique
Henge no Jutsu is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It is a very useful and widely used skill in the series, as it has many uses. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy.
Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Replacement Technique
The Body Substitute skill is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobis. Put simply, the user uses speed to his/her advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of' the way.
Kakuremino no Jutsu - Cloak of Invisibility Technique

Taijutsu - Arts of the Body

Hayabusa Otoshi - Peregrine Falcon Drop
Hayabusa Otoshi is a Taijutsu technique used by Uchiha Sasuke. While at an elevated position, Hanako will grab his opponent from behind. Firmly locking herself to their back, she will lock her ankles to their neck to get their body rigid. She will then plant them head first into the ground. Essentially a belly to back piledriver, the move can provide a great concussion to his opponent's head.

• Izuna Drop: Her version of Sasuke's Peregrine Falcon Drop, Hanako either launches the enemy into the air or attacks them while in mid air, sticks to them like glue, twists upside down and forces them to crash into the ground, sometimes adding rotation to the attack if she can manage it. This is a high speed, high athletic Jutsu which allows Hanako to do a fair amount of physical damage before smashing her opponent's entire weight into their head, and allows her to get away before they retaliate.
  

Hanabira Rendan - Flower Petal Combo
Hanako's much less powerful but more confusing version of the Lion Combo. Unable to propel her opponents into the air, Hanako uses her small stature to move around them like flower petals in a strong wind, to disorient them, then throws needles at their face. Hanako then brings them down. sliding and chopping at their legs, she twists to get between them, then kicks back with both legs at the backs of their knees, using that as a platform, then goes to grab their neck and twist on it to double kick them in the face.
The Whirling Blades of Death Galvan Swiftblade's signature manuever and performed with two blades only, the Whirling Blades of Death allows Hanako to twirl in place, augmenting her defense via parrying by multiudes and attempting to defeat anyone that comes into melee range via small cuts for blood loss. Hanako copied this with Sharingan to win a Pokemon dance contest in mission 116. Learned Via Sharingan.
Chestnuts Roasting Over an Open Fire Fist (火中天津甘栗拳, Kachū Tenshin Amaguriken, literally, Imperial Roasting Chestnuts in the Fire Fist): The name comes from the method of learning the technique, which eventually trains the user's hand speed such that one can snatch chestnuts from a fire without burning themselves. This is not just a special attack, but as a general speed exercise/enhancement. Due to undergoing it, Hanako can throw several hundred punches so swiftly that it looks like a single strike. She can also deliver all of the blows as a volley of punches to make it harder to dodge. Training for this has increased her speed considerably, from its already above-average level for a chuunin. Learned by training.

Ninjutsu - Arts of the Ninja

Ayatsuito no Jutsu - String Reeling Technique
Ayatsuito no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing wire. This string can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. The Uchiha clan also utilizes the wire in their Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi technique. The wire allows the clan member to pin down an opponent, and then unleash a torrent of fire upon them.
Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique

A Ninjutsu technique that covers the area surrounding the ninja using it completely in mist. Perfect for silent killing, since there's practically no visibility within the area of this jutsu.
Jagei Jubaku - Binding Snake Authority Spell

Jagei Jubaku is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Orochimaru and Sasuke. Using Orochimaru's snake abilities, the two men can extend large snakes from their sleeves, which will coil around the target and bind them. The further addition or the user's murderous intent can weaken their target's resolve. With the removal of Orochimaru from Sasuke, this ability may be gone.
Genjutsu Kai (幻術解) - Genjutsu Dissipation

A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses their chakra and screams "kai" or "release." They can perform it on themselves or on others. It will effectively ward off most Genjutsu, unless extremely powerful or when used in conjunction with an advanced bloodline.
Hidden Shadow Snake Hands - Sen'eijashu

This technique allows the user to eject snakes from their wrist or sleeve, usually after a punching motion. The snakes are used primarily to attack from a distance and, being snakes, can inflict multiple poisonous wounds on the victim's body or hold them in place. The snakes can also open their mouths to extend Kusanagi-like blades. Hanako learned this from her grandmother, Anko Mitarashi. Her other Snake technique being considerably more passive, she needed something to restrain and damage powerful foes.

This Ninjutsu is a very powerful technique, and most Genins are not capable of performing it due to the large amount of chakra it uses. The user must first gather a large amount of chakra in his hand and mouth; this attack is pretty similar to a flamethrower.
Katon: Housenka no Jutsu - Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique
Another technique which originally belongs to the Uchiha clan, Katon Housenka is a very powerful and flexible technique. Instead of following the way of the other fire techniques, Housenka is unique by creating many small, yet powerful fireballs from the user's mouth.

Yet another powerful fire elemental NinJutsu, which also happened to be very common in members of the elite Uchiha Clan. This is believed to be the second strongest of the fire NinJutsus, just below its "cousin", Fire Dragon Flame no Jutsu.

Raiton: Lightning Release

Raiton: Kirin - Lightning Release: Kirin

Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot lightning technique that strikes in the blink of an eye. The user draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike, and controls it with chakra. Because the technique uses natural lightning as opposed to elemental chakra, its power easily outmatches all other Lightning Releases. However, the extreme preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency. This technique in the absence of active thunder clouds requires Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique or other such techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions to initiate it.
To initiate a lightning storm, and then to take control of lightning in order to guide it to a target while using the shape manipulation shown above, drained even Sasuke of most of his chakra. In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. However, natural lightning can reach a temperature of 30,000 °C, so that even if it misses the target, the sizable blast will likely eliminate the enemy. Itachi withstood this technique by using Susanoo.
Chidori - Thousand Birds

Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack. After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

By manipulating lightning chakra into their hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound remains connected to the user's hand, allowing them to control it during its attack. Hanako's would, of course, be a cat.
Lightning Release: False Darkness - Raiton: Gian

Hanako emits lightning in the shape of a spear from her mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This technique is capable of being focused into a straight beam, similar to a laser.

Kuchiyose Jutsu - Summoning Jutsu

A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows him to summon different size and skill levels of creature.

Hanako has been close to the cats which serve the Uchiha family. After kidnapping the patriarch's daughter and refusing to let her go, a contract was sealed that she could summon the cats whenever she wanted to perform work for her. The prices for their services were cut down to ensure the safety of the daughter, but more dangerous missions and higher level summons will require Hanako to pay a fee to use the cats. At the moment, she has three cats to summon, with the potential for more.

Onmyatsu: This cat (a white and grey Tabby) acts as a spy, installing itself in a house and family and learning their secrets by appearing innocent and adorable.

A-Dorobo: This cat (a little black cat) is a thief. It will slip into any small hole and pick up any item it can carry in its mouth and bring it back to Hanako. It's a LOT more likely to perform to the best of its ability if actually paid for its services, usually costing Hanako up to 10 dollars.

Shirotora: Hanako's preferred summon, this otherwise peaceable kitten will actually fight alongside her. The 'princess' of the cat family, and the one Hanako 'kidnapped', she is the first cat she learned to summon, and can perform duties as a cat, but her primary ability is actually tracking and combat, with sharp claws and fangs. This all white cat with a black patch of fur can actually talk.

Genjutsu - Arts of Illusion

Magen: Kasegui no Jutsu - Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes Technique: The opponent is caught in the illusionary world created by the user, and the victim is tormented with the sensation of having spikes driven through their limbs, taking away their body's freedom. At the same time, the physical pain accompanying the illusion reveals that the greatest use this technique has is torture.

Powers & Merits

Three Tomoe Sharingan.

Sharingan - Copying Wheel Eye
Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.
The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.
The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.
Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.
An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.
Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.

Sharingan Jutsu

Kazaguruma no Sharingan: Sanjuuken - Sharingan Windmill: Triple Blade
Type: Taijutsu
A Taijutsu technique utilizing the Sharingan's ability to see through the opponent's jutsu. This attack requires three blades, at least, to be thrown at the opponent from both of the ninja's hands, and the ninja's mouth. Strings attached to the blades allow for them to be further manipulated after the initial attack. Only member of the Uchiha Clan, ninjas with the Sharingan, can use this technique.
Magen • Kyouten Chiten - Demonic Illusion • Mirror Heaven and Earth Change
Type: Genjutsu
Magen • Kyouten Chiten is a Genjutsu technique unique to the Uchiha bloodline Sharingan holders. Using the copy and counter functions of the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha clan member can stop the sensory spell cast on their body and reverse it back on their opponent. This only applies to Genjutsu or incredibly similar techniques. Spells or other magical illusions would not be affected, as they do not operate under the same basic rules.

Merits

Self-Confident: Hanako is the daughter of two of the strongest ninjas in the world. It's her birthright to be 'Queen of the Ninjas', and she knows it. She trains hard and learned many skills and she's confident in her ability to pull through.
Ability Aptitude - Stealth: Hanako is naturally quiet and soft of movement. Any attempts to sneak are always easier for her, let alone her smaller stature and measured movements.
Pitiable: Hanako is a poor cripple, dangerously pale and small of stature. Even without her backstory, she can pass for the shaggy dog in any story.
Poison Resistance: Hanako's mother's side is well known to deal with snakes. She was born with a natural resistance to poisons, toxins and drugs.
Acute Senses - Sight: For whatever reason, even without Sharingan, Hanako is incredibly sharp at noticing details. Possibly from years of tracking cats.

Weaknesses & Flaws

Hanako's secondary goal.

Expressionless: Hanako is unable to express any physical manifestation of emotion, making her appear very doll-like and detached, or uncaring. She actually is very lively, but she has literally no expression to speak of and a muted body language. She is unable to smile, speak loud, cry, or scream, making it impossible for her to warn others who aren't within earshot.. at very close range.
Girl: Highly trained ninja, very skilled at Taijutsu, expert at ninjutsu, yes, but she's still a tween, and she isn't especially physically strong for a ninja. If taken in a strength contest, most people will have the edge on her if they know any of what they're doing, and she can't really make herself break out of anything requiring strength.

Flaws

Curiosity: Curiosity often kills Hanako's favorite creature, and she's no different. She's been trying to keep it under wraps but she will usually try to slake her curiosity even if it can get her in trouble. (2pts)
Phobia - Orochiko While not openly or even really consciously, Hanako is actually terrified her mother will one day take her back and away from her family. She also has a very good idea of how dangerous she is, and while she claims to want revenge or to defeat her, she would honestly rather never have to deal with her again. (1 pt)
Otherworldly Taint: Hanako is chalk white. This kind of sticks out and marks her as different. She can hide it, but not without considerable energy expenditure. (2pts)
Enemy - Orochiko: Her mother is still out to get her, and Hanako's well being is not on her mind. She is also cosmically stronger than her. (0 pts)
Rival - Izanagi Saotome: Her one true opponent. Same relative age, same relative skill level, and an almost equal pedigree. (0 pts.. they are teammates and competitive, not actively out for each other's blood.)
Hero Worship - Sasuke: Hanako thinks the world of her father, and will not tolerate any ill speaking of him in her presence. (0 pts.. it's her dad and he's a hero, come on.)
Soft-Spoken Hanako is the opposite of Shy. She isn't actually a wallflower, and she can be quite in your face, but because of her forced quiet nature, it's easy to assume she is Shy and meek. (1pt, like the Shy Flaw)

Clawsy the Crawdaunt: Hanako's second Pokemon, and partner from Mission #242. Originally starting out as a Corphish, Clawsy evolved into a Crawdaunt after a series of arduous battles.
Bitey the Garchomp: Hanako's third Pokemon, and partner from Mission #242. Found after they finally got their hands on a Pokeball. He has a Jolly nature.
Fluffy the Beldum: Hanako's fourth Pokemon, and partner from past Mission #242. Found after planning out a team with Hibari Sumeragi and Keiko Langley. It has a Jolly nature.
Sparky the Shiny Talonflame: Hanako's fifth Pokemon, and partner post Mission #242. Found in a flock of Fletchinders near Celadon City. She has a Timid nature.
Frosty the Snover: Hanako's sixth Pokemon, and partner past Mission #242. Found near Lake Acuity. She has a Lax nature.
Darkrai: Hanako's seventh Pokemon, one with which she shares a special bond. Found near Luminose City.
