Appearance

Delicate, ethereally pretty girl. Tall, slender, silver hair and ivory colored eyes. Usagi tends to dress very fashionably and hip for her age when she's not transformed as Phantasmoon. When transformed, Phantasmoon has a blue fuku skirt, white bodice, white gloves that come to her upper arms, white boots with golden trim that come to her upper thighs as well as a scarf that flutters behind her in the shape of wings. She also has cat-ears on the top of her head, a large crescent moon ornament in her hair, and she also wears a blue domino mask.

Personality

Ditzy, pure-hearted, innocent... tries to believe the best in people. However, due to the fact she was under the thrall of the Only and her good-intentions were twisted, Usagi has become a little more careful in her decision-making. If she remembers to be careful, that is.

Background

The first daughter of Sagiko Tsukino and Hayate Uzumaki, Usagi IV was destined to become the next in line as Sailor Moon. She trained and was educated in all the things she was expected to know as the next Neo Princess Serenity. She also did some physical training as a ninja with her father since the physical aptitude coincided with the strenuous requirements that came with being a magical girl (GOTTA DO ALL THOSE SWEET JUMPZ AND SPARKLE KICKS). Everything was going well for her until one day a being appeared called The Only. The Only destroyed the reality Usagi was in. Usagi was then tricked (along with her brother Raidou) in thinking that if they aided The Only and a group called Absolution that their realities would be restored. Long story short, Usagi was then saved by her brother Ein and the other children of PARADIGM and all of them worked together to stop The Only for good. Now, Usagi is on a quest to redeem herself.... lalalala.

Phantasmoon

Magical Girl Passive Abilities

  • Greater Prana: While transformed, the user has a boosted presence of magical energy. This would be noted by magical users.
  • Flight: Phantasmoon will be able to fly at max speed of 100mph. She can only carry people that she's able to in her de-transformed state, also when she carries someone her speed is then halved.

Magical Girl Defensive/Support Abilities

  • Moon Healing Escalation: Phantasmoon's Wand turns into a long staff with the Ginzuishou (Silver Crystal) at the very top of it. After twirling it around a few times to charge it up, Phantasmoon can then purify a target from any negative influences or heal them.
  • HP Regen: A self buff that will increase the user's defense, and allow them to survive other types of attacks normal humans could not. It is especially resilient against physical attacks. (Gameplay Wise: The Magical Girl can take punishment that could kill an ordinary human and survive it. It does not give them invincibility or even resistance to those things, but they can take 'general damage' instead of 'Bullet wound to the neck'. Do not abuse this.)

Magical Girl Special Attacks

  • Inazuma Moon Kick: Sailor Moon Kick, pretty much. A STRONG FLASHY KICK.
  • Phantasmoon Strobe: A small magical attack where Phantasmoon holds up a gem (very sparkly) and throws it like a grenade at a target. It is less precise than Phantasmoon Liner and it's meant to blow up one dude with non-elemental condensed mana.
  • Phantasmoon Liner: A mana (non-elemental damage) beam fired from her forefinger, very similar (practically identical) to Venus' Love Me Beam. This attack is meant for only a single target and does not affect a wide range of enemies.
  • Phantasm Home Run: The Phantasmoon Wand forms into a baseball bat, Phantasmoon then twirls it around to charge it up before a ball of energy forms in front of the bat. Phantasmoon then swings and sends an eclipse-shaped beam at the enemy. If this is an evil force, this will damage them greatly. "Shooting Card activate...! Phantasm Home Run!"
  • Phantasm Boomerang: Moon Tiara action, pretty much. She forms a glowing discus of energy in her palm and flings it like a boomerang at the enemy. This damages greatly any supernatural creatures. It can also be used to expand and then bind a target for a turn (they can break out of it pretty quick, just good for a set up really and it can be resisted anyway. PRETTY MUCH GM CAN SAY WHEN IT WORKS OR NOT for the binding).
  • Love Love Sparkle: An attack that has a spiritual quality to it and will allow Phantasmoon to fight against Supernatural Creatures. This attack will send out a heart-shaped blast from her Phantasmoon Wand out at the target. This ability must be charged up like any other magical girl attack and it will take about 30 seconds. When the attack is charged and fired it will damage Supernatural beings (like demons and crap) and is more like a finisher -- the more she battles the foe, the more effective it will get. This attack does not hurt human beings.
  • FINAL LUNAR BEAUTY ECLIPSE - COMBO ONLY Phantasmoon's finisher combo move. If another magical girl is present, She will glow and twirl (with sparkles, of course) and transform her wand into a staff. The staff will then be swung at her enemy and a shock wave of crystals erupt from the ground and cause massive, non-elemental damage to the target(s). The damage will work in conjunction with the other magical girl(s) attacks.

Ninja Stuff

Blood Line

  • The Byakugan: This in an eye technique similar to Sharingan, which in fact the Sharingan developed from. This technique is unique to the advanced bloodline abilities of the Hyuga clan. The maximum field of vision with the Byakugan is approximately 360 degrees. In other words, a Byakugan user is able to see all his surroundings and he senses all of his opponent's attack. It also allows the user to see through things and Jutsu, but most impressive of al is its ability to see the Inner Coil System and Chakra Holes. Enabling them to attack their opponents inner organs or even stop the flow of their opponents Chakra.
  • Hyuga Taijutsu: As part of the Hyuga family bloodline Usagi has studied the UBER TAIJUTSU stuff. The Hyuga have a special TaiJutsu that has been passed down in their Clan. This Style causes damage by flowing their Chakra, from their palms, into the opponent's Inner Coils Systems. A technique that destroys the inner organs, it can be a critical hit for even the toughest guy.
  • Gentle Fist (Jyuken): An example of a "Gentle Fist" Style would be the Hyuga Style, it causes damage by flowing Chakra into the opponent's Inner Coils System. A technique that destroys the inner organs. Even a slight touch can be devastating.
  • Hakkeshou: Kaiten (Hand of the Eight Divinations: Heavenly Spin): A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja expels chakra from every one of their tenketsu, effectively pausing any attack moments before it would connect with them. Then, they spin their body like a top while continually expelling chakra from their body in a twisting sphere, launching their attacker or their attacker's weapons away, tearing apart any object within the sphere of the attack. This is a very complicated technique because it requires expert control of chakra and a large amount of stamina to use. Typically, in battle, even a ninja at the level of Jounin is only able to expel chakra from a single part of their body while in heated combat. To use this technique and utilize every tenketsu at once is almost impossible.
  • Hakkeshou: Rokujuu Yonshou (Hand of the Eight Divinations: Sixty-four Palms): A Taijutsu technique utilizing the Byakugan (White Eyes) and the Jyuken (Gentle Fist). With the ability to see the inner coil system, the ninja performs a series of graceful movements while attacking sixty-four of the three hundred and sixty-one tenketsu. First, they attack two points, quickly followed by two more, then four more. Next, they attack eight more tenketsu, followed by sixteen more, and finishing the attack with the last thirty-two. With these sixty-four points sealed, the opponent's inner coil system is entirely shut down, causing incredible internal pain and effectively preventing them from using their chakra. Hitomi has revised this technique for her oi-nin missions in cases that she wishes to close a specific part of a coil system at a time.

Merits

  • Iron Will (5): You cannot be mind-controlled easily, and getting you to surrender is borderline impossible. When magical (or other) mind-control is attempted on you, both roll and you get a +3 bonus to your roll. It's possible to do it, but you'll fight it with every fiber of your being, and will not stay in thrall very long.
  • Burning Aura (2): Your aura is unusually brilliant; even people who can't read auras will be inexplicably drawn to you. Some may see you as a threat or a snack.

  • Description: A magical pink wand with a heart-design at the top and wings. It is able to transform the user into Phantasmoon. The Ginzuishou is transfixed at the top of it.

  • Weaknesses: If the wand is out of the users hand for longer than 30 seconds and also out of their reach of 50 feet, the user will de-transform.

  • Description: A silver crystal. It's freaking strong. Watch sailor moon.

Weaknesses & Flaws

Phantasmoon is pretty freaking gullible. GG. If she overuses her silver crystal she can also fall into a coma, as noted in the special items section.

  • Absent-Minded (3): You have a lousy short-term memory, and need to make a Wits roll to remember more than standard knowledge (like your name, address, etc.).
  • Airhead (1): Maybe you have trouble paying attention, maybe you're just clueless, maybe you just look like a flake; no matter what, people don't take you seriously. You generally have a -1 Social rolls penalty when dealing with serious/dire situations.
  • Lifesaver (3): You revere all life and will not risk killing someone at all costs. Unfortunately, as a mercenary, this can sometimes be a problem.
  • Compulsion (Helping people) (1): You have a specific compulsion which may cause you problems. You might need to roll (Diff 6) to resist this.
  • Intolerance (evil) (1): You have difficulty tolerating a specific thing or type of person, and are likely to snap at them and be dismissive.
  • Soft-hearted (1): You can't stand to witness suffering, and if you do, all your rolls are at -2 penalty for the next hour.
  • Otherworldly Taint (White eyes) (2): You have a physical peculiarity (odd hair/eye color, glowing eyes, etc.) and/or just an odd aura about you which may make you stick out. Someone who suspects you're not "normal" may make an Alertness roll, difficulty 7, to determine what you are.
  • Probationary Member (She was a part of Absolution) (3): You're not on the greatest terms with the group (tradition, clan, tribe, etc.) you belong to and are highly suspect of various naughtiness. You may not be privy to the normal privileges of being part of your group, nor will you necessarily receive aid when you ought to, etc.
