SPECIAL ABILITIES, POWERS
Ninja: Mikage was born and raised as a ninja. He has the standard Ninja skillset for someone of his power level, and high-level martial arts training. Mikage is capable of fighting any human opponent with a reasonable degree of combat, and specializes in speed and reaction, as well as sneak attacks, instead of a more balanced, or strength-based style.
Lightning Manipulation: Mikage is able to naturally generate lightning bolts from himself, as well as call lightning down to strike his opponent. He can also demand that same lightning to come to him, fueling him, even if he is underground somewhere.
- Energy Absorption: Mikage has been able to absorb energy from an entire island. When Mikage appears, he can demand that all electricity and all light particles within the area be drawn to him, thus granting him a lot of power.
- Regeneration: Mikage is capable of instant regeneration, via light absorption, sources of energy, or electromagnetic waves.
- Electromagnetic Field: Mikage is naturally surrounded by this field that is produced by electrically charged objects. This gives him a form of Magnetism, as well, able too attract, repel and otherwise manipulate any metals.
- Electromagnetic Waves: Because Mikage's natural attachment to electromagnetic waves are so powerful, that his will can alter the perception around him through shaping the thoughts within the minds around him. The electromagnetic waves that he sends out can alter one's very will.
- Intuition: Mikage has the ability to protect his vital organs in his body through this method. Only the outside of his body will be damage, but no internal and series external damage will happen to him. Also, he is able to fight without the uses of his 5 senses, but with instinct alone. With this, he is able to grasp where his opponent is going to attack and how. He is able to see through his opponent's strategies and skill.
- High Frequency: Mikage is able to utilize high frequency waves in order to take control of sentient creatures. Because of Mikage's natural connection with nature and the electromagnetic field, he has shown to utilize empathy, Claircognizance, Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, ESP, and Precognition.
- Ionization: Mikage can charge the Earth with Negative Ions.
- Flight: By charging the Earth with Negative Ions, and then magnetizing himself, he can use repulsion to float in the air.
- Positronic Charge: Mikage has the ability to grab and attack intangible beings as if they are material instead of immaterial. Mikage is able to attack the soul of another and not cause any physical harm, and other spiritual or supernatural creatures. Like a Ghostbuster.
- Microwave Radiation: Mikage can emit microwave-radiation and attack with superheated plasma or create clones from it. Opponents near him experience having their blood boiled due to the radiation he emits, which Mikage can also use to x-ray people.
- X-Ray: As mentioned before, Mikage can use x-rays to scan the reality of his opponent.
- High Temperature: His body heat, and the heat that he generates around him is so hot that he burns through rubber, steel, titanium and even forces that block out his electricity. He has been able to instantly evaporate water, stone, and steel platings upon generating heat.*Light: Mikage is able to attach himself to photons, and ride the light waves through the gap between time and space. He can also absorb photons for regeneration, and for amplifying his attacks.
NOTABLE ITEMS
Kōkai Gyoku (光界玉, Light Ball): Known to be the most evil madōgu, it is an orb attached to the bottom of a telescoping baton, and is used by Mikage. It can erase anything from existence, even those that don't exist physically. However, it takes away something of equal value from its user. The orb has the kanji for 'Light' (光, Hikari) written on it. Rasen calls it the "ultimate double-edged sword" due to the catch.
WEAKNESSES
Chaff: Unless immensely focused, Mikage's lightning powers are not directly lightning bolt-like, so his area effects can be disturbed with chaff. However, if he focuses his powers, this will not work quite so easily.
Flame: While he is no more or less vulnerable to flame than a normal human, he should be, and any flame user will anger him. Someone burning him will immediately gain his ire and hatred, focusing on them specifically for the rest of the fight.
Inferiority Complex: Mikage has abandoned his heritage and his name, unable to focus the Hokage Flame, which is a serious sore point to him. It's easy to get under his skin if encountered in a less focused state by mentioning this, or bringing attention to it. If he is on a mission, this is less likely to happen, but if he's there as an assistant or a bodyguard or an ancillary, he can be distracted and enraged by this fact.
