SPECIAL ABILITIES, POWERS

Dymphna is a Grimoire, the Ponape Scriptures. She automatically has the following abilities.

Servant Mode

Magic: As a Grimoire, Dymphna is able to channel and generate immense amounts of magical energy. She can fly, generate barriers, and generate magical attacks, as well as summon familiars, conjure spirits and various other spells empowered by the Old Gods.
Grimoire: Dymphna is a Grimoire. She can turn into a book, and empower any device she is linked to. She also grants any magus or sorcerer additional power, increasing their capacities exponentially. Even a beginning sorcerer can challenge masters if empowered by Dymphna.
Bonding: Linked to the above. Dymphna can make a contract with any sorcerer who wishes to, increasing their magical power, adding her spells to theirs, and generally making them far more powerful.

Magius Mode

As a Grimoire, Dymphna is able to form a pact with a Master, and with that master, she is able to grant them the following abilities.
Secrets of Mu: Dymphna is able to make her master completely undetectable, essentially erasing them from reality for a moment. However, in this situation, the master's perception of reality is also altered, and while s/he can move around, s/he can't interact with anything, or really see anyone. This is more of a defensive power than super stealth, but it can save a master's life if hunted by powerful enemies. They WILL soon ignore him and move on.
Dagon's Call: Dymphna's master can control the power of water, and use it in any form, from a simple mist, to a powerful freezing strike, and, if close to a water source, even call forth a tidal wave or a tsunami with enough magical power. The presence of water is essential for any power of this spell. However, any water or ice based attack is useless against her master in Magius mode. They will simply ignore the effects, and even a water-elemental themed attack will cause no damage, even from the weapon/strike used.
Curse of Zanthu: The magius can generate endless amounts of plant-based attacks. Pollens, vines, even generating and animating trees and other plantlife to attack all opponents with vicious and deadly effect, as well as making their toxins lethal to any form of being, such as humans or elephants. This is an all-out-attack mode, burning through magical power rather quickly and transforming the pages of the Grimoire into its weapons, but a more powerful magius can keep up the attack for a good, long while. (Think fighting Dr. Octopus. Or Kurama.)

WEAKNESSES

Bonding: A Grimoire is quite powerful, but unless bonded, it is generally purposeless and inactive. Its power is also considerably limited compared to its full potential without a magus with them.
Completion: The Ponape Scriptures are mostly complete, but severe damage can cause it to lose some of its pages, lessening the power of the actual Grimoire in both forms.
