Morder is a cold and calculating young man, with a sharp sense of responsibility and an analytical mind. He is not easily swayed with other people's games, and tends to think of the end goal before doing anything impulsively. He his taciturn in most occasions, but can easily turn on the charm and talk his way out of situations, especially when he gets an insight into people's ways of thinking.<br>
Tobias Swiftblade is full of boundless enthusiasm and heart, eager to learn and to jump from place to place. A genius of staggering levels, Tobi wants to see how things work, but knows that sometimes there's some fun in mysteries and imagination, and keeps a firm balance between science and fantasy.

= Background =
= Background =
Morder was born as the first son of Seijou and Yukishiro Yuzaki. He was well loved, and raised by his parents to be as clever and well behaved as they were. They had a good life, at least until his father died young. That was incredibly hard on his mother, and to ensure he wasn't a burden, Morder started to live more on his own, and trying to learn outside the purview of school, as much as in it. It was during this time that he came across of various tomes and notes that his father had researched, as well as others that were unrelated to him, and the boy began learning about these sorcerous ways. Deciding to make a name for himself in this world, he took the name Morder, and began intensively researching demonology and other darkness, intending to unlock the secrets of this kind of power. <br>
Born to loving parents, Tobias Swiftblade was nothing short of a prodigal son - bright-eyed like his father and subject to flights of fantasy like his mother, Tobi was constantly and consistently immersed in stories real and imagined. His ship, the Icarus, traveled all manner of worlds until his home dimension was destroyed - it was in this fashion that he was brought to his true love in a manner he could only describe as a fairy tale in and of itself.

= Special Abilities =
= Special Abilities =
'''Assassin Style''': Morder is a trained assassin, incredibly dangerous with the use of a knife, fighting agilely and with silence on his side. He knows how to use throwing daggers, his hidden blade, and a silenced handgun to get his work done. He is mostly skilled at dodging, countering, and taking enemies by surprise, especially when using his powers.<br>
''(These are skills, things that can be learned or trained, like martial arts techniques, Jutsu or magic spells. Abilities that are outside the norm of regular humans, but only because they have not had access to them.)''<br>

Nth Level Intellect: Gifted with natural intelligence and trained at a young age, Tobias is terrifyingly intelligent. He picks up most sorts of sciences very quickly, and can repair the vast majority of things.

Scouter Oculars: These are ocular enhancements - not replacements - that allow Tobias to scan and detect energy and magical signatures, as well as take pictures and zoom in.

Ferrofluid Body: Tobias's entire body is imbued with ferrofluid - his blood even has traces of the stuff in it, and a great deal of his powers come from it. With only a thought, he can call ferrofluid - liquid-like metal - from various points in his body to cover himself in armor, or to act as weaponry, forming it to whatever end he desires - shields, walls, giant fists, sword arms, anything. (Note: Due to the setting and his wish to keep as many questions from the party as possible, Tobi does not use this ability in DG.)

Active Regeneration: Tobias's nanomachines not only aid in the control of his ferrofluid abilities, but also help him regenerate from flesh wounds. He's not Cell or anything, but he can damage soak with the best of them, taking far, far more than his frame looks able to take. The pain is certainly still there, however.

= Powers & Merits =
= Powers & Merits =
Morder is a psychic and a novice magical apprentice.<br>
''(Unique, or hereditary, in-born powers, whether due to genetics or magic, things that can't be taught to others or simply gifted to this person from an outside force. Powers based on weapons should go in the Items. Merits can also go here.)''<br>

Telekinesis: Tobias has limited use of telekinesis, which he can use to hover or fly, as well as, if he concentrates, pulling smaller objects towards him, such as hand-held weaponry, or flipping switches or the like, as well as subconsciously guiding any thrown weapon from his hands to its mark, without fail. His accuracy is rather obscene due to this. He also uses this to type and manipulate finer things like switches, triggers, and leversfrom a distance without actively using his hands.

'''Twin Link''': Morder has a direct link to his twin sister [[Alice Yuzaki]]. This allows the two of them to communicate regardless of distance. This also lets one feel when the other is in distress, or in pain, as well as their location. This does not work across dimensions, however.
Resources (2): Money, dear boys. This is very simply how much (or how little) currency you have available to you at any time. Without this merit, your character is essentially broke, with just enough money to scrape by in a dire situation or on their own. With two points, you can outfit yourself with the best available gear and have little need to watch frivolous purchases (within reason) at local merchants.

==Psychic Powers==
Spy Network (4): You control a group of spies who are loyal to you, for reasons you'll have to determine. These people are organized enough to keep you updated on what enemies or other groups are up to. This can be a local group or a far-reaching network with members in other countries. Their information is relatively up-to-date and reliable, as they aren't likely to lie to you. However, they aren't working for free, and aren't likely to keep up the good work or remain loyal unless they're treated well. Logistics are between the PC and GM, but by and large this group is useful and quite helpful. At 4 points, the Spy Network follows you loyally and handles their own finances, but will expect praise and the occasional reward, as well as two-way loyalty.
'''Psychometry''': Morder has the ability to touch an object and read what has happened around it. The more intense the situation, and the more linked the object was, the more likely he is to get a better reading. This allows him to get flashes of insight on situations, and sometimes even an idea of the thoughts going through the minds of the people involved with it. Morder gets one image from any use of Psychometry.

'''Telepathy''': Morder is a telepath. This allows him to read thoughts, easily for surface thoughts or those he plants there ('Don't think of where she's hiding'), but requiring effort and possible contests of wills against his targets if he intends to dig in deep for buried memories or other such things. This allows him to read the mood and the actual minds of anyone in his vicinity, but he needs to focus on a single person to get a good read. Passively, he just gets an idea of people's moods, unless one person literally sticks out. This also allows him to have an open communication to his allies.
True Love (1): You've found that One who makes your life complete. Automatic Willpower success when striving to protect, come closer, or remain close to your True Love. Other benefits as well, GM's discretion.

''Telepathy - Obfuscation'': Morder can focus his telepathy inward, making it so that no one notices him as he walks through a room. He is essentially invisible to any person vulnerable to the telepathy, so long as he does nothing to bring attention to himself. He can pull other people in this cloak of shadows with him, but he cannot block their actual presence. Talking, running, or generally doing anything to draw attention will make people notice them. While Morder can use this for a surprise attack, when he starts planning it, the cloak will drop, so he still needs to get behind the person and strike immediately. No magic or other psychic powers can be used while obfuscated. The more crowded the room, the less likely Morder is of getting noticed, as this power is more a passive 'IGNORE ME!!!' field than invisibility. THIS POWER HAS NO EFFECT ON CAMERAS OR MECHANICAL SENSORS, and if they would notice them and warn people, they might break through the cloak. This said, a person looking through a cellphone camera may see them later, but not at the time of the filming.
==Soul Stone Ability (Thief)==
*'''Lockpick''': able to open any locked chests or locked doors.
*'''Hide''': Allows the thief to hide underground. They cannot move.

''Telepathy - Networking'': Morder can use group telepathy. He can speak with many people in his immediate vicinity, and he can quickly coordinate with them. This is used to communicate silently while in possibly dire straits, come up with group strategies, and learn information and share it immediately. This is a mind-like allowing his whole group to speak mentally to one another, and not have to make noise or reveal themselves. This having been said, the working range is around 500 yards, making it good for group efforts but not to send people off and split up.
= Unique Items =
''(Madougu, magical weapons or other unique or special weapons, as well as all techniques related to them, as without it technically the character is NOT able to use these abilities.)''<br>

'''Telekinesis''': Morder is a telekine. He can use his mind to lift objects (and himself), up to 300 lbs. He can lift, toss, and manipulate them like this. He is adept at fine manipulation, able to type with his mind like he was using his fingers. He can flip switches, grab and throw people, and generally use his telekinesis rather well offensively, but the closer he gets to this weight limit, the harder it is for him to focus and apply skill and/or force. When in flight, Morder cannot do anything else. The more weight he carries, the more he struggles, as if he were physically lifting it.
The Legacy Engine: A replacement for his heart, just like his father's. It gives Tobias an unusually high amount of energy. Despite this, he is not a synth - it acts as a biological replacement, simply making him highly resistant to physical and mental fatigue.

''Telekinesis - Alpha Strike'': Focusing the full scale of his telekinesis, Morder can launch an all out attack, which drains much of his psychic resolve, but can be devastating. The strike will cause ripples as it focuses, allowing for quick enemies to dodge it. However, if it hits, the strike will go through the enemy, shoving them back with insane force and physically going 'through' them, causing both external and likely, internal damage. This power ignores armor or any physical defense (magic and psychic defenses against physical attacks still apply, however, like the 'Protect' spell). After this ability, Morder is psychically drained and can no longer use his powers. Somewhat his ultimate attack. He needs to focus rage and all his psychic might to do this, so he cannot open a fight with it, unless there is GM approbation (you killed my mother, prepare to die, etc.) Morder will be rekt after this, and require some rest and likely some healing to be able to keep going, and even spell casting will be a drain on his resources, even if his mana and his psychic strength are separate.
The Daedalus 20XD6: A hovercar found on Gaia-2. Pending desc as Tobi works on it.

==Magical Powers==
= Items Of Note =
'''Magic Sense''': Morder uses his ESP along with his understanding of magic to be an incredible magical tracker/detector. With some focus, he can sense, analyze, and track magical signatures, and generally be able to tell what 'type' they are, provided he's familiar with them. This allows him to see supernatural entities and other invisible-to-muggle magical beings. Note that this applies to potent and constant magical signatures. Spiritual and subdued magical powers may not have much for him to decipher (Onmyoujutsu, etc). He can also sense magical power levels of anyone he encounters is.<br>
A parasol/umbrella blade he sometimes uses in battle, a balisong switchblade.

===Merits===
A LOT of knives.
''Eidetic Memory (2pts)''  Morder never forgets anything. Ever.<br>
''Ability Aptitude - Computers (1pt)'': Morder is a master of anything computer related.<br>
''Clear Sighted (3pts)'': Morder's preternatural senses make him incredibly difficult to fool.<br>

==Guild Abilities==
Various small tools.
'''Mage Guild''': Morder has joined the Mage guild. This grants him innate and enhanced knowledge of magic.<br>

'''Focus''': When alone (not surrounded by allies), Mage has the chance ability of double-casting a single spell (d7 occult)
== Weaknesses & Flaws ==
Blinding Optimism: Tobias can and will always assume the best of people. No matter how many times he's backstabbed or manipulated, he'll at most be hesitant before giving the enemy the benefit of the doubt. This doesn't mean that he'll hesitate in killing or beating an opponent, but if they surrender, he'll take them at their word.

EMP: Tobias is exceptionally vulnerable to electromagnetic pulses and waves, and while EMPs may be scarce or nonexistent on this world, a natural magnetic storm or similar effect will cause his oculars and ferrofluids to go haywire, leaving him blind and partially paralyzed.
<gallery>

File:Morder_Back.png|Morder glancing over.

File:Morder_Profile.jpg|Morder bust.
</gallery>

= Unique Items =
Complicated Science: Tobias's oculars are made of such sophisticated hardware that standard science in this world will be ill-suited to sufficiently repair it. It could be possible, but he could be out for quite a while.
'''Assassin's Blade''': A hidden blade in his sleeve, this is Morder's actual hand to hand weapon. This was used by an ancient order of assassins, and Morder has mastered its use with practice and psychometry.<br>

= Items Of Note =
Otherworldly Taint (2): You have a physical peculiarity (odd hair/eye color, glowing eyes, etc.) and/or just an odd aura about you which may make you stick out. Someone who suspects you're not "normal" may make an Alertness roll, difficulty 7, to determine what you are. (Tobi can cover up the metal parts of ferrofluid on his face and body, but scrutiny by the right person can reveal something is very amiss. His heterochromia might be seen as off, too.)
'''Riced Out Laptop''': Morder has a top of the line laptop, which surpasses most top-of-the-line PCs in his world. He can use it to run several decryption codes and security bypasses at once, as well as basically do anything computer-related, with different connecting features, such as forced-physical access cable links. He can also access this via his cellphone.<br>
'''Riced Out Cellphone''': Morder's phone is built to interact with his laptop. He can use it to access almost everything on his laptop when it's active, and can do much more with it than a normal person would with just the phone and apps. This allows him a fair amount of access to different systems, provided his laptop can provide a 'hub' for him to do this. Think Watch Underscore Dogs.<br>
'''Forge Nationale Five Seven Handgun''': A handgun with high penetration, along with a suppressor.<br>
'''Throwing Knives''': Used for throwing.<br>

= Weaknesses & Flaws =
Isolated Upbringing (1): You were raised in a very unique society, or were somehow otherwise sequestered away from "normal" life, so you have trouble dealing with this Outside-World thing. Dealing with any community outside the one in which you were raised raises a -1 Penalty on Social rolls, when RP'ing accomodates it. This can lead to quite a bit of problems of the non comedic type in this kind of setting. (Tobi grew up on a spaceship.)
'''Telepathy''': Morder's thoughts can get lost in another person's when he connects with them. This makes his using telepathy over a period of time a bit of a gamble, as he can get easily mired in another person's points of view and even end up affected by it. A sufficiently strong willed person could modify his behavior for some time if he isn't careful.<br>

'''Twin Link Drawbacks''': If Morder's twin sister [[Alice Yuzaki|Alice]] is in pain or discomfort, Morder will feel it too.<br>
Phobia (3): Bugs. At 3 pts, the object of your fear will cripple you, and you might pass out if you fail a roll (Diff 7). If you succeed, you can do -nothing else- until you get as far away from it as possible, likely screaming and flailing. (The Swiftblade Family Phobia.  Tobias can't stand big insects, and will actively freeze up or panic when an insect bigger than a dog is present.)

===Flaws===
Offensive to Animals (1): For some reason, animals fear you or just don't like you. All rolls involving interacting with animals are at a -1 Penalty. Some creatures (Vampires, Werewolves, Robots) have this naturally, so taking it again makes the animals actively antagonistic towards you, and may bite you or pee on you.
''Sadist (1pt)'': When facing an enemy that truly disgusts him, Morder makes it last. He takes his time and enjoys drawing out the damage and pain.<br>
''Vengeance (1pt)'': Morder has some serious issues with Erluchtet and everything they did to his family. He will not stop until they've all paid.<br>
''Otherwordly Taint (2pts)'': Morder's eyes draw undue attention, and are a tell-tale sign to any agent of Erluchtet. They also are very striking to regular people, and no one will forget them easily.<br>
''Weak Willed (2pts)'': Morder's telepathy makes him vulnerable to manipulation or mental attacks. Any roll to resist is at -2.<br>
''Slow Healing (3pts)'': Morder has a deficient immune system. He is very slow to heal even common injuries.<br>

Special Abilities

(These are skills, things that can be learned or trained, like martial arts techniques, Jutsu or magic spells. Abilities that are outside the norm of regular humans, but only because they have not had access to them.)

Nth Level Intellect: Gifted with natural intelligence and trained at a young age, Tobias is terrifyingly intelligent. He picks up most sorts of sciences very quickly, and can repair the vast majority of things.
