    • Summon Shikigami: Capable of summoning small animal spiritual familiars from ofuda. She shares all senses with these creatures, and if they are destroyed, she feels it as if it was her.
      • Detonate Shikigami: Hibari may supercharge any shikigami under her control with spiritual power that explodes out from it, consuming the shikigami's ofuda and creating a large spiritual explosion.
    • Flamethrower Ofuda: Sends a gushing blast of flame forth from her ofuda.
    • Paralysis Ofuda: Can temporarily halt someone's movement by placing an ofuda on them and activating it.
    • Positive Feedback Ofuda: Charges an ofuda with a constant looping stream of yang energy that will continually channel into whatever it touches.
    • Negative Feedback Ofuda: Charges an ofuda with a constant looping stream of yin energy that will continually channel into whatever it touches.

Powers

  • Spiritual Attunement: Is keenly aware of supernatural presences and effects near her.

Merits

  • Ability Aptitude: Occult (1)
  • Medium (2): You have the ability to see and interact with ghosts. Sometimes, the Restless may seek you out for favors. Depending on the ghosts you meet, this could be a very good or very bad thing.
  • Precognition (4): You have glimpses of the future. Though you can enter a trance and try to summon a vision, this foresight usually comes out of nowhere, and can be quite shocking in some circumstances.
  • Prophetic Ability (4): You see and understand (or try to) signs and portents sent by the Powers That Be, either through dreams or just a peculiar insight into everyday events. Your insights and visions are usually obscure, and it may take time and interpretation to get a grasp on their full indications.

Flaws

  • Enemy (1-5): Somebody's out to hurt you or your reputation, or even kill you (or people close to you). A 1-point enemy is less than or comparable to your own ability, a 5-point enemy could easily kick your ass into next Tuesday. Note: the severity of the flaw also explains how much the person is out to get you. A 5pt Enemy is pretty much dedicated to pounding your ass in (and can), whereas a 1pt enemy is either a devoted Rival or a stronger opponent who'll take any chance to crush you but generally ignores you unless you get in their face. Taking a 3-5 Point enemy is basically asking the GM to send out a SERIOUSLY dangerous person after you on a regular basis.
  • Curiosity (2): Your incredible curiosity often overrides your common sense. Resisting temptation requires a successful Wits roll, difficulty depending on the situation. A very bad flaw to take with certain evil sadistic GMs.
  • Airhead (1): Maybe you have trouble paying attention, maybe you're just clueless, maybe you just look like a flake; no matter what, people don't take you seriously. You generally have a -1 Social rolls penalty when dealing with serious/dire situations.

Unique Items

  • Bagua Compass: Allows Hibari to get precise spiritual readings of a given area, including feng shui measurements, and it can be used like a metal detector to go after notable supernatural readings.
