Appearance

I have a pic.

Personality

Talic is intense and honed towards his self-assigned mission against evil and everything that stands for it - he dislikes idiotic heroes just as much, figuring they'll get in the way, and has a hard line towards justice. His sense of humor can be rather dark, bordering on sarcastic to those he feels the most comfortable with.

Background

In the world of Sanctuary, all humans are considered, in traces, the long-descended spawn of demons and angels both. A trace few of humans today are born with these traits more obvious in mind; they retain their humanity, but are ultimately given skills and abilities above mankind, bordering into the supernatural. Talic is one of those people, dubbed 'nephalem' by man and as such regarded as something to be feared by angels and demons alike.

Talic, however, was not one to receive any sort of tangible benefit to this birthright outside of the ability to survive. Demons immediately set to making his life hell on earth, killing his family and younger sister; he became a demon hunter as a result, taking the fight back to hell and the underworld as a whole, working alongside various entities to do so.

In the end, his exploits got him the attention of PARADIGM, but is that enough to give Diablo and the Prime Evils pause?

Special Abilities

(These are skills, things that can be learned or trained, like martial arts techniques, Jutsu or magic spells. Abilities that are outside the norm of regular humans, but only because they have not had access to them.)

[Hungering Arrow] - Fires a magic arrow/bullet that will attempt to pierce through the target if the arrow/bullet can survive entry and shoot one other target. The projectile will even change direction inside of the primary target to get the secondary one, regardless of initial angle.

[Rapid Fire] - Talic fires at a ludicrous speed, barraging a single target with arrows or bullets, his reload speed supernatural. Think a gun/crossbow version of Million Stab.

[Vault] = Talic can jump a supernaturally long way horizontally to cross pits or escape an enemy. Doesn't work vertically.

[Elemental Arrow] - Fires a magic arrow/bullet that takes on an elemental property - either ice, fire, or lightning. This effect have no other affects other than elemental damage (i.e. ice shots don't freeze, fire shots don't burn).

[Multishot] - Fires a wide berth of bullets or arrows that hit multiple targets at once. A wide spread attack.

Trick Shots - Talic is uncannily good at being accurate with his gun/crossbow play, and can make various kinds of trick shots and called shots. GMs can assign DCs to this as applicable.

Talic is also incredibly good at horseback riding and maintenance of horses.

Powers & Merits

(Unique, or hereditary, in-born powers, whether due to genetics or magic, things that can't be taught to others or simply gifted to this person from an outside force. Powers based on weapons should go in the Items. Merits can also go here.)

Poison Resistance (2): You have an innate ability to resist the effects of many toxins. Whenever you need to roll to resist poisons, you get a +2 Bonus.

Danger Sense (3): "Oh no! My Spider Senses are tingling!" A successful Alertness roll, difficulty depending on the situation, will give you a timely sense of foreboding before something bad happens...(Uh, Diablo.)

Iron Will (5): You cannot be mind-controlled easily, and getting you to surrender is borderline impossible. When magical (or other) mind-control is attempted on you, both roll and you get a +3 bonus to your roll. It's possible to do it, but you'll fight it with every fiber of your being, and will not stay in thrall very long.

Unique Items

(Madougu, magical weapons or other unique or special weapons, as well as all techniques related to them, as without it technically the character is NOT able to use these abilities.)

[Smokescreen] Talic can drop a smoke pellet from his belt to mask his escape or cover an incoming attack. The mist is always grey - the color of death.

Demon Hunter Arsenal: A demon hunter's able to carry several bits of weaponry on his person, including caltrops (explosive and non), chakrams, bolas (explosive and non), and grenades.

Poison Mastery: Talic possesses a frankly disturbingly encyclopedic knowledge of poison - he has the ability to coat nearly all of the weapons he has with some sort of venom.

NOTE: YOU CAN'T POISON GUN BULLETS VERY EFFECTIVELY. Thusly Poison Mastery only works with bladed weapons, caltrops, and his crossbow bolts.

DOUBLE NOTE: All effects variable within GM discretion of course, also based on body size and type/species.

[Crippling Poison] - This poison causes muscles to swell to the point of complete disuse within a few turns.

[Deadly Poison] - This's just straight up poison that will slowly drain the life of the user. Fatal if not treated.

[Anesthetic Poison] - What it says on the box. This poison works like a tranquilizer. Also known as the Go2Sleep Shot.

[Holyfire Poison] - Poison with a little added kick of Holy water. Burns like hell to demons and those weak to holy.

Items Of Note

Dual hand crossbows, dual guns, various devices and explosives.

Weaknesses & Flaws

Flaws can go here. Balance is key!

Isolated Upbringing (1): You were raised in your supernatural society, or were somehow otherwise sequestered away from "normal" life, so you have trouble dealing with this Outside-World thing. Dealing with any community outside the one in which you were raised raises a -1 Penalty on Social rolls, when RP'ing accomodates it.

Enemy (4) - Diablo, The Lord of Terror: Somebody's out to hurt you or your reputation, or even kill you (or people close to you). A 1-point enemy is less than or comparable to your own ability, a 5-point enemy could easily kick your ass into next Tuesday. Note: the severity of the flaw also explains how much the person is out to get you. A 5pt Enemy is pretty much dedicated to pounding your ass in (and can), whereas a 1pt enemy is either a devoted Rival or a stronger opponent who'll take any chance to crush you but generally ignores you unless you get in their face. Taking a 3-5 Point enemy is basically asking the GM to send out a SERIOUSLY dangerous person after you on a regular basis.
