Usually impeccably dressed, with suit and tie, or wearing an Innovade battle uniform if seen in combat. His features are androgynous, and his eyes shift from blue to glowing when he's actively using his abilities.

Innovade: Seeing Time is a Tieria-type Innovade. He was created by VEDA to act as a liaison to PARADIGM. This grants him several bonus abilities, such as the ability to function well in zero-gravity, as well as being a living computer terminal. This allows him to control computer systems with his mind, and has a remote link to VEDA in order to process information.
Quantum Brainwaves: Seeing Time is able to use Quantum Brainwaves, allowing him to have psychic insights, enhanced reflexes, superior sensory perception and the ability to communicate with telepaths and others with QB abilities.
NOTABLE ITEMS
Innovade Battlesuit: Really a flight suit with armor parts, able to basically ignore conventional firearms.
