Nanto Suicho Ken: Nanto Suichō Ken (help·info) (南斗水鳥拳, South Dipper Waterbird Fist, also translated as South Dipper Waterfowl Fist): a form of Nanto Seiken represented by its successor, Rei, as part of the Nanto Rokusei Ken (Six Sacred Fists of Nanto). Its movements are compared to a graceful water bird, however, its destructive power is without equal and can slaughter enemies with its devastating slicing techniques.
Hokuto Shinken: Hokuto Shin Ken (北斗神拳 Big Dipper God Fist) is an ancient Chinese martial art, dating back 1800 years to the Land of Asura. Its founder was Shuken of the ancient "Hokuto Sōke" ruling line, who combined his Hokuto Sōke no Ken and Seito Gek Ken to create Hokuto Shin Ken. This martial art makes use of the opponents' 708 Keiraku Hikō, also known as tsubo or pressure points. While Reiji is not a practitioner of Hokuto Shinken, and cannot use it to fight, he has learned some of the medical application of pressure points to aid in his quest for justice. He will never fight using Hokuto Shinken, as he is neither the inheritor, nor does he have any pride in using something he has merely copied, and would not befit his training as a Nanto Seiken master.
