Zanji Shinjinken Ryuu: Oryuou is a proud swordsman of the Marines. He is incredibly strong, and a very skilled swordsman. He uses a one word, two handed style to emphasize power but is quite fast with it nonetheless. Oryuou is in no way a 'greatest swordsman in the world' competitor, but he is incredibly skilled with the sword to most others.
Haki: Oryuou has learned to use Haki, and can use Armament Haki and Sensory Haki to increase his power.
Ryu Ryu Fruit: Oryuou has eaten the Zoan-Type Devil Fruit of a mythical beast, the Ryu Ryu Fruit. He can turn into a gigantic blue dragon and command the storm, making him one of the statistically most powerful Marines in the New World. The Dragon form can shoot lightning, and command wind and thunder, as well as the storm itself.
