Appearance

Bright, bouncy, and bubbly, Mizumi looks much like her "Toukaachan," though is a real girl! Mizumi has long bluish-silver hair (with the weird Fish Eye bang), with aqua eyes. She has two cute little triangles near her left eye, and tends to wear her hair loose or in a high ponytail. Mizumi wears stylish clothes, and tends to panty flash.. purely unintentionally.

In her transformed state, Mizumi wears a bikini like halter top and a diamond-shaped skirt. Her long hair is separated into two 'ponytails,' made up of three braids each. Stilleto heeled boots, with her magical throwing daggers tucked in garter belt type things. Along with her holy water.

Personality

Mizumi's motto is "Life is Wonderful" and would make Xelloss projectile vomit all over the place. She's sweet, caring, and can find the good in darn near anything. And if it's dark, she has her faith. While she is not one for a fight, she will do what she can for those she cares about.


Background

A rather confused young man, praying for a normal life, came to Maison Ikkoku thinking that he would finally have it. Instead, the ghosts from Saitou High followed Haruto, and he found things were even crazier at the inn. He soon met a lovely young woman, and was content, believing that he finally found his true love. The two got closer and closer, and Haruto couldn't imagine ANYTHING ever destroying their relationship... He was in LOVE.

And then. Haruto Hojo, President of the Holy Student Council at Saitou High.. found out that his beautiful girlfriend Fish Eye.. was actually a guy. Haruto responded like any normal anime character. He ran around, pulled his hair out, and freaked out. Toilet Hanako, the sexiest spirit at Saitou High, spoke with Haruto and tried to get him to calm down... It was a long battle, and Haruto was horribly confused. He loved Fish Eye, Fish Eye lied to him, Fish Eye was a guy, But Fish Eye was caring and nice.. and.. OH MY GOD *more hair pulling and running around*

But. It was really too late. Haruto, already a bit confused as to some things he desired, was truly in love with the person Fish Eye was in his eyes. It took a lot of work, but eventually the two came to find a peace with each other.

Fish Eye had one last secret though. He had been granted a wish, and had not yet used it. While Fish Eye did not want to be a girl.. He could at least give Haruto one thing. A child. And so, Fish Eye used the wish to give them a child of the two. The following conversation was said to have occured.

<Fish Eye> This is our daughter!
<Haruto> ...but.. we can't.. and you're.. ?.?
<Fish Eye> *clears throat forcibly* ..this is -OUR- -DAUGHTER-.
<Haruto> ..Yes dear.

And so Mizumi was brought into the world. The young girl grew up being loved by the two deeply. Mizumi loved her Touchan and her Toukaachan (Daddy who's like her mommy), and became interested in gymnastics and dancing. She trained hard, and worked, but it soon became obvious that the lovely young girl was too curvy to be either a gymnast or a prima ballerina, but she accepted this and soon did it just for the sheer joy of the activity.

For a long time, Mizumi was unaware of her true heritage, being taught how to use some techniques, but not where they came from - The Dark Moon Circle. But she soon met the Senshi- Generation 2, and was told the horrible secret. Mizumi confronted Toukaachan, and found out what it meant, and was assured that no matter what.. it was HER choice. She could be good just as she always was, and did not have to be a villian.

While living at the MI, Mizumi met Naomi-san (the coolest girl EVER), Adam (her first boyfriend), and Sin (Naomi's boyfriend). Naomi had done something simply wonderful for Mizumi, and Mizumi never forgot the gesture. Soon after Mizumi and Adam broke up (Adam was forced to return to where he came from), Mizumi graduated from Saitou High, and decided to take a year off.

Powers & Merits

(Unique, or hereditary, in-born powers, whether due to genetics or magic, things that can't be taught to others or simply gifted to this person from an outside force. Powers based on weapons should go in the Items. Merits can also go here.)

  • Transformation: Mizumi can transform along the lines of the Amazon Trio, with a pale blue curtain falling before her, then rising, leaving her in her Amazon garb, with her fish-like physical characteristics.
  • Underwater breathing: In her transformed state, Mizumi has gills and can therefore breathe under water. She also moves underwater at incredibly fast speeds. Like I said. Fish. ^^;
  • Teleportation: Mizumi can take herself and people she is touching back to her room. Mizumi can ONLY teleport to her room, i.e. home to her.
  • Water Control: Mizumi can generate and manipulate water, with the following specialties.
  • Water Blast: Mizumi can form a water blast, with a force exceeding the standard fire hose.
  • Water Shield: Mizumi can generate a water shield that will block or lessen physical and energy attacks.
  • Water Blades: Using water with a more narrow focus, Mizumi can make water blades, causing cutting damage, rather than crushing damage like her water blast.
  • Accuracy: Mizumi has a -perfect- knack for aiming, due in large part to her heritage from Fish Eye. Her accuracy is currently 562 bullseyes out of 562 throws. Throwing daggers are the weapon of choice, but has used ordinary silverware at times. This accuracy also gives her a bonus to learn related weapons and things like archery and firearms.

The following are powers Mizumi only has when in her transformed state

  • Magical throwing daggers: Mizumi can throw these daggers, and they will return to her.
  • 1, 2, 3. - Yes, the infamous attack of stealing a person's dreams. 1 brings up the board. 2 handcuffs the target to the board. 3 is when their dream mirror pops out. Without their dream mirror, a person is frozen. Mizumi can then look in the mirror to see the person's dreams. She can also widen it (which hurts) and steps into the dreams. And play around there, possibly helping them deal with their fears. If she or anyone else breaks it, the person will die.

Merits

  • True Faith (7): You have a very deep, pure faith in whatever Divine Entity you believe in, and it helps you through times of need or protect you from creatures that defy the object of your faith's purpose. This Merit gives you one point of Faith; up to 10 points of Faith can be accrued, but beyond the first, you can gain Faith only through a lot of good role-playing. Faith points can be used to repel demonic and vampiric beasties, etc. This can get complicated–ask the OPs for more info.

Weaknesses & Flaws

Flaws can go here. Balance is key!

Mizumi is sensitive to burns and being dried out.
Mizumi is TERRIFIED of cats, and will run away from them if she suspects a cat is around.

Flaws

  • Phobia Cats (3): You have a specific, incredibly powerful fear. At 1 pt, you will avoid any contact or nearness with the object of your fear, and all rolls near it will be at -1 penalty.. as well as other shortcomings, like nervousness, fear, and the general wanting to get the hell out of there, which you will at the first opportunity. At 3 pts, the object of your fear will cripple you, and you might pass out if you fail a roll (Diff 7). If you succeed, you can do -nothing else- until you get as far away from it as possible, likely screaming and flailing. Fear of heights or airplanes or other less 'get the hell away from it' situations are highly possible, and will have the same penalties (Good luck getting someone with a 3pts fear of Airplanes inside one without massive amounts of sedatives.)
