Appearance
Kia has a light tanned complexion, with deep blue eyes and blonde hair. She always wears her cross choker, and her holy orders uniform on the job. Off the job she dresses boyish, usually T-shirts or tank-tops and pants work for her. Always wears Tennis shoes.
Personality
She often keeps a professional attitude around those she doesn't know well, but warms up quickly to new friends. Her gentle side is generally what shows, she is a kind person but will not tolerate any harm coming to her friends or family. In a fight she is ruthless and downright dangerous. She also likes to drink. This tends to make her more flirty and be the polar opposite of how she is in uniform. Since arriving at the Inn she has become more of a social butterfly, since the constant influx of new people and becoming an agent of PARADIGM has seemed to change her for the better.
Background
While her father was busy becoming king of a world with few Gears left, she spent some time in Sol's care, but as she wasn't a Gear, there wasn't much he could do for her. Sol convinced Ky to train her to take over the Eurasian branch of the Sacred Order of Holy Knights, to keep order and peace, so train her he did. He taught her most of his signature moves, and it took her many years to master, and recieving little instruction from her mother on how to utilize chi, as she had trouble mastering anything but her father's moves. She had a social life in between these times of training, and of course made friends during school.
After she turned 21, she was directed to go travel abroad, and is currently in Japan, keeping the area policed and free of Gear threats.

Special Abilities

Due to the only part of her mother's training, Kia can do this by Ki alone
- Lightning Strike - When she has a moment to concentrate while fighting, can summon down a quick lightning strike
- Lightning Cross - Snaps her fingers causing a small cross to form very briefly at the location of snap
- Nanto Suicho Ken style - A form of Nanto Seiken represented by its successor, Rei, as part of the Nanto Rokusei Ken (Six Sacred Fists of Nanto). Its movements are compared to a graceful water bird, however, its destructive power is without equal and can slaughter enemies with its devastating slicing techniques.
- Hisshou Hakurei! - Kia will leap into the air and somersault, coming down with both hands vertically at the enemy's shoulders to deliver an attack powerful enough to kill and completely sever limbs. Cannot be used without intent to kill.

- Occult Library (2): You own a decent collection of works on arcane lore, and if you have access to it, can lower difficulties/add dice when trying to solve an occult mystery and/or generally learn more about the occult. Having this library doesn't automatically mean you're an occult expert; it just means you have convenient access to some knowledge.
- Natural Linguist (2): You're good with languages and language structures. +2 Bonus on all language and translation rolls, but you can't know anymore languages than the ones you have listed on your sheet.
- Time Sense (1): You have an inate sense of time, and can with a good deal of accuracy tell what time it is without a watch. In performing feats where timing may be essential (such as certain combat or athletic maneuvers), difficulties may be lowered or dropped.
- Common Sense (1): You are full of practical wisdom. A great merit for starting characters, as you may receive advice from the GM regarding how to handle certain situations.

- The Jackal - Kia pulled the fortune of The Jackal champion, Psycho Mantis. Psycho Mantis is a powerful engineered warrior who specializes in mental attacks. Currently Psycho Mantis only offers one attack for Kia:
- Telekinetic Attack - Psycho Mantis will telekinetically hurl a nearby object at the foe, if there is nothing nearby.. even pieces of the ground will suffice.
Unique Items
(Madougu, magical weapons or other unique or special weapons, as well as all techniques related to them, as without it technically the character is NOT able to use these abilities.)
- Revision Two's Helix Bracelet - This bracelet gives the wearer slight increased resistance to physical attacks that don't pierce the skin.The interior of the band has an inscription that reads, 'There is always some madness in love.'. Obtained during Mission #51.
- Break Anything, Break Everything- a rapid-fire martial arts technique that utilizes a cupped-hands stance and a series of lightning fast strikes to break through defenses or structures of anything with the integrity of rock or stone or less. Deals damage based on the wielder's strength, and more damage against unarmored or lightly armored enemies.
- Fuuraiken- Her Lightning Sword capable of slaying Gears and emitting electrical attacks:
- Stun Edge - Crescent shaped lightning projectile. Can be charged at penalty of slow startup.
- Greed Sever - A move which involves her somersaulting in the air with the sword traveling the arc
- Ride The Lightning - A move which harnesses a ball of lighning around her, and charges forward encased in the ball
- Lightning Bolt - Lethal Move, only used in rare instances. She summons a great deal of electricity through the sword
- Sacred Edge - A blade of electricity is summoned from a circle, and sent out to her opponent
- Vapor Thrust - Kia launches her enemy up with her sword, with a nice shock to follow them on their way
- Stun Edge - Crescent shaped lightning projectile. Can be charged at penalty of slow startup.

Sometimes she can be a bit stubborn, but also is kind hearted, knowing her father once loved a gear, knowing they aren't all evil.... And her Godfather is one as well.
