Background
A product of cloning and genetic manipulation. Isaac was created to test the body's reaction to T-Veronica infections at infant stages of life. What was discovered is that while the body is growing and adapting to the world it also started to adapt and evolve around the T-Veronica virus. Showing signs of hyper intelligence as well as advanced metabolism at an early age. Over all the experiment was a success in most ways, but the fact that Isaac needed to grow and a mature at a normal rate made the using this to create any kind of marketable soldier impractical. Regardless of that, the team leads wished to see how far he could go. Isaac would be taught how to live in the world. Trained in military combat, and when it was discovered that he had some minor mental abilities.. tests would be run to see if these could be advanced.
Eventually live combat data was needed to study Isaac further. So landing a spot in one of Umbrellas U.S.S. teams, where he would have his skills tested against other B.O.W.s. Issac would act as Recon and Sniper for his squad, dealing with several minor outbreaks and Bio Weapons that escaped, nothing tyrant grade.. not until one faithful day. His team is sent in to handle a much more major outbreak. one that infected a small city, it was over run with bio weapons and the undead. They were sent in to gauge the situation, move in and destroy all documentation of Umbrella's involvement in the mishap. Issac's team, save himself and 2 other members were slaughtered as a Tyrant class Bio weapon was roaming free in the town. Unable to complete there mission, they reported in to HQ about the failure. 'Sit tight, we will get an evac for you here shortly.' What struck the Surviving members as odd was the fact there was no LZ coordinates...That is because Umbrella never intended to send in an evac. The remaining members of the U.S.S. squad that was sent in had to quickly fight there way out of this hellish nightmare of a town. They knew what was really coming for them. With in a few hours, the small city in the middle of nowhere was wiped off the map, the explosion was blame on a faulty nuclear reactor...
After the betrayal.. him and his team went separate ways.. He ended up being recruited by PARADIGM.

Powers & Merits
- Advanced Regeneration: Thanks to the T-Veronica virus that flows though his veins, Isaac has become extremely hard to kill outright. Able to take fatal and massive damage and still survive. His body will regenerate over a day or so depending on how badly he was hurt. This is not instant regeneration. With enough damage he will become incapacitated and unable to act as his body goes into full healing mode. This being said, massive damage will kill him as his body can only regenerate so much. He could heal getting stabbed to death, shot, or even neck snapped but if some one took a flame thrower or rocket launcher to him he would be toast just like any other person. A devoted effort is needed to kill him.
- Advanced Psychometry: also known as token-object reading, or psychoscopy, is a form of extra-sensory perception characterized by the claimed ability to make relevant associations from an object of unknown history by making physical contact with that object. Or in simpler terms you can see into the past of the object and it's surroundings. Isaac's ability can let he not only looking into an object's past, but a room. The Drawback is it also can be randomly triggered like his precog ability.
- Precognition: (4) A product of T-Veronica Virus. This allows him an almost uncanny, advanced danger sense like ability. To see things just before they happen. While this is not prefect, it does give Issac quite an advantage in combat, allowing for heighten reaction times, and glimpses of the future. Though he can enter a trance and try to summon a vision, this foresight usually comes out of nowhere, and can be quite shocking in some circumstances.
Luck (3): You manage to succeed in places when others fail. You can repeat three failed rolls per MISSION, one repeat per roll, and the second roll always stands.
Concentration (1): You are very good at focusing, and suffer no penalty for distractions, stress or having to repeat yourself often.
Lightning Calculator (1): You have a natural affinity for numbers. +1 bonus when relevant.
Time Sense (1): You have an innate sense of time, and can with a good deal of accuracy tell what time it is without a watch. In performing feats where timing may be essential (such as certain combat or athletic maneuvers), difficulties may be lowered or dropped.
Unique Items
M.A.L.I.C.-E: Magnetically Accelerated Liquid Ionized Cannon, E variant. Called Alice by Isaac. Sniper rifle that fires a Ferrofuild, Magnetically drawn into the firing chamber. Little sound is made, no ballistic residue..Though it needs to be 'charged' up before every shot, it is not a quick fire rifle, but it is pretty much an anti material rifle cause it can cut through MOST things, which means nothing if you don't hit your target. Through the manufacturer is unknown.
L.U.S.-T: Meet the L.U.S.-T Variant Long Distance Universal Scouting Rifle, Tactical Variant. Recently updated to shoot More common rounds like the 7.62X51MM Nato rounds as well as the .388 LAPUA Rounds via the new ability to swap barrels with relative ease. The Tactical Variant is first to also come with Tactical rails and then new Hybrid Scope That can switch back and forth between glass and video feed, the Video feed has the advantage of recognizing IFF tags, Designation markers from other squad mights as well as a data up link in allowing for real time streaming. good if your just using it for observation. 20 round box mag for the Nato rounds and 10 round for the .388 LAPUA. This weapon also holds the capabilities to fire in single and full auto, how ever with the .388 LAPUA Single fire is suggested due to the recoil.

Dark Secret (1): The fact that he is a test tube baby. Not only that but Technically he is a B.O.W...
Otherworldly Taint (2): Due to the fact that he is part clone and B.O.W. He comes off as VERY unnatural. His odd Eye color is another sign of strangeness.
