Special Abilities
(These are skills, things that can be learned or trained, like martial arts techniques, Jutsu or magic spells. Abilities that are outside the norm of regular humans, but only because they have not had access to them.)
Mirror Technique - Genkai moves at blurringly fast speeds which gives the illusion of multiple versions of her, she has them move in a circle around the target and all of her 'clones' slash with their claws at the centered target. She varies this with her Claws of Steel, her Claws of Blood, or attacking with her Chakram.
Reikouhadouken: The Urameshi family style, a martial art focused on using Reiki to strengthen the body and techniques. It's more based on the use of energy and channeling techniques than he development of one's muscle, and it's what gives Yusuke, Sin and Umino their 'supernatural' strength. The abilities given by Reikouhadouken are as follows:
- Reiki Channel: All of Genkai's physical attributes are enhanced by Reiki, giving her supernatural speed and extraordinary impact power, far beyond a human's limits. Her attacks are enhanced with reiki, allowing her to cause serious damage to youkai and other supernatural entities.
- Reiki Barrier: In combat, Genkai's body is always protected by reiki, letting her take a lot of punishment.
- Reiki Block: When focusing her energy, Genkai can deflect or redirect an attack's energy, either away from her or into something else.
- Spirit Sense: Genkai can sense the nature of an entity near her, as well as their general location and relative power level (I.E., weaker, stronger or even), but not to which degree. She can also contact another being gifted in Spirit Sense mentally.
Reikouhadouken also lets Genkai use a small but effective variety of techniques, some which she's developed more than others.
Rei Gun: Genkai focuses Reiki into her fingertip then pulls the trigger in her head, firing it like an explosive bullet. The more she charges, the stronger the Rei Gun ends up being. She can use this up to five times a day (one per finger and thumb). Uses her left hand.
Shot Gun: A more powerful (at the base) energy technique, Genkai fires her reiki in a short-to-mid range burst in front of her, hitting several targets with powerful Reiki shots, each like a full powered punch.
Urameshi no Tekken: A name Genkai uses to call her multi-punch attack, when she was SUPER young she would call it 'Ryuseiken' and 'Hokuto: Hyakuretsuken!' because her father did that, Genkai punches several dozen times in a single instant, fueled with reiki. This is less a 'special attack' than a display of her full speed, but it can be used in a series of high speed punches for effect or damage.
Reikou Kyohansho: With a few moments of prep time, and after taking a few hits (this is not something she can open with), Genkai can attune her energy to match the enemy's exactly, then turn the full force of their attack back on them. This is only useable on energy-enhanced techniques, but it can be used against weapons and physical attacks, provided they use energy. This is Genkai's strongest technique and she prefers not to use it, unless she really has to, since it means she's risking taking the hit.
Powers & Merits

Claws of Steel - Genkai slashes at her target with her claws which give a swipe of Youki along with it that can tear into stones and metals.
Claws of Blood - Genkai slashes at her target with her fingertips soaked with her own demon blood. This is an even stronger version of the Claws of Steel and gain longer distance.
Claws - Even without using the Claws of Blood and Claws of Steel techniques, Genkai's claws are able to cut through metals and tough surfaces.
Oni Body - Genkai also has the following bonuses: enhanced hearing, speed, healing/regenerating, scent, eyesight and a tougher body
Merits
Catlike Balance (2): -2 difficulty to rolls relating to balance.
Daredevil (3): You love to take risks, and are damn good at living through them. -2 difficulty on dangerous feats, and you can ignore a single 1 on your roll.
Acute Senses "smell" (1): One of your five senses is incredibly sharp, and detection rolls involving this sense have a -1-2 difficulty. You must buy this merit separately for each sense.
Loyalty "Friends" (1): You are devoted to a person, group, or cause, and easily resist attempts to persuade you away from the object of your loyalty. Any attempts to make you betray this person/cause/whatever is done with an opposed roll where you get a +2 bonus. Again, like the code of honor, you must always be loyal to this person or risk losing this benefit.

Weaknesses & Flaws
Demoness - Genkai is incredibly vulnerable to Holy attacks. They can bind her, incapacitate her, or even kill her.
Berserker - Due to Genkai's Demon nature and blood, she has the potential to lose control in trouble in delicate circumstances. She's very VERY good at keeping herself calm so this has to be a major thing to get her to get that riled up.
Flaws
Isolated Upbringing (1): You were raised in your supernatural society, or were somehow otherwise sequestered away from "normal" life, so you have trouble dealing with this Outside-World thing. Dealing with any community outside the one in which you were raised adds 1 to social difficulties. (Sheeeeeeee was mostly raised in the Makai and taken apprentice to Shigure..)
Compulsive Speech (aka Big Mouth) (1): For whatever reason, you have difficulty sticking to the rule, "If you can't say anything nice, don't say it at all." 1 point makes you talkative and a bit blunt. (Her bedside manner isn't great)
