Appearance

Tends to where a brown duster, some blue jeans and a black or grey undershirt, He has a tanned skin tone bright green eyes and platinum blonde Hair which is kept semi short but not exactly well kept( it's clean he just suffers chronic bed hair), He also has the C'tarl C'tarl trade mark Lion like tail as well as the pointed ears. While he is not body builder buff, he does still have some muscles. He also has a few scars on his arms and one on his cheek.

Personality

Laid back and relaxed, but good natured usually.

Background

He is a rather odd ball C'tarl. Unlike most of his brash brethren he is not nearly as ill tempered and rather intelligent, however not nearly and strong and agile. He has spend his years working as a Freelancer, doing things from Ship and gun repair to computer programing to even being a hired gun and bodyguard. (Not hard, C'tarls are rather intimidating mostly cause of the general public know that they tend to be rather tough to kill and VERY ill tempered) He would even try his hand at Smuggling and Hacking for those who would pay a good price for it. This, however, has put him on a few bounty lists. Short of Working Merc jobs and the like, He has never formally been trained by the military, though he has worked in joint operations with both the Space military and some of the policing forces on the planets he has visited.

His time as a smuggler earn him some new skills to say the least, having a need for better piloting, constant sneakiness as well as gun play at times helped him become what he is today. He still has a love for computers and coding, as well as has a vast gun collection back on his ship that his crew has (or rather HAD) access to. While it originally started out that he was not the captain of the ship, he eventually took the place as captain once his boss retired, earning him the old clunker, while some of the crew also parted ways others stayed to help him get on his feet.

The old junker would last him for quite sometime though towards the end the constant need of having to stop for repairs of various manners started to get rather taxing and dangerous on the crew, eventually, they parked the ship and put it under a complete remodeling.

Powers & Merits

(Unique, or hereditary, in-born powers, whether due to genetics or magic, things that can't be taught to others or simply gifted to this person from an outside force. Powers based on weapons should go in the Items. Merits can also go here.)

C'tarl Endurance: While not as strong as a full blooded C'tarls, Fakir can take some punishment and keep going, though continual fighting like this will wear him out.

Ambidextrous (2): You are equally dextrous, or nearly so, with both hands, and use your "off" hand at no penalty. Not useful if your GM isn't the nitpicky sort who doesn't give a shit about off-hand penalties and such...). Using both hands at once is still not so easy. Note, again, this Merit should be for people who use regular abilities. Someone trained in two-sword styles or guns akimbo shouldn't have to worry about this, but having to write with your off hand tends to be a PITA, so this can come in handy.

Luck (3): You manage to succeed in places when others fail. You can repeat three failed rolls per MISSION, one repeat per roll, and the second roll always stands.

Daredevil (3): You love to take risks, and are damn good at living through them. +2 Bonus when risking your life. This actually stacks with other merits (like Crack Driver), so you can be extremely good at risking your life. ...but if you fail you might die, so..

Reputation (Smugglers) (2): You've built yourself an excellent reputation amongst your kind. Add +2 to Social rolls when dealing with the people in your sept/clan/chantry/freehold/etc.

Robotic Legs: These bad boys come with a few features. An internal side arm holster, jump jets and enhanced strength.

Unique Items

(Madougu, magical weapons or other unique or special weapons, as well as all techniques related to them, as without it technically the character is NOT able to use these abilities.)

Fakir's Scatter-gun: This little gun is heavily modified. It is interesting in the fact that it is actually a Shotgun of sorts, it is extremely close ranged but packs a heck of a punch! Can be loaded with buckshot or slugs.

High Voltage Stun Rod: This modified Stun baton has had it's voltage kicked up several notches, while still acts as a non lethal weapon, it has the option to be set on high voltage, shorting out some electronics or electrocuting foes.

Explosive Throwing Knives: He has a number of these little monsters, to activate the charge you twist the handle.

Fakir's 'Super' Light shield Gauntlets : Engineer by Fakir this hand device which looks like a gauntlet can create a personal shield strong enough to stop the explosive power of rockets ... well ..one rocket, some high caliber bullets and even some energy attacks, though if put under to much stress the shield will over heat and fail.

Hidden Pistols: Built into each gauntlet, these little single shot high caliber pistols are a means of last resort if Fakir is grabbed.

Fakir's PDA: A mini terminal that Fakir uses for various tasks, and even as a hacking platform.

Fakir's Multitool:Exactly what it sounds like but with a few extras! tiny LED flashlight, small energy torch as well as a fork, even has a holster on his belt,

Fakir's 'Super' Light shields: Engineer by Fakir this hand device which looks like a gauntlet can create a personal shield strong enough to stop the explosive power of rockets ... well ..one rocket, some high caliber bullets and even some energy attacks, though if put under to much stress the shield will over heat and fail.

Reusable Flash bangs, Using Ultra bright LED lights, this little gizmo produces an extremely bright flash! as well as an ear piercing squeal

Cutters Mask: (Predator Bio-Mask): The Bio-Mask is one of the main tools used by the Predators. These masks contain a variety of functions which the Predators may require during a hunt. As well as protecting the Predator's head, the mask has a sound amplifier, multiple vision modes, a zoom function, some diagnostic capabilities and a recording system. This Model also has a built in re breather.

Fakir's Omni-Tool:Omni-tools are handheld devices that combine a computer microframe, sensor analysis pack, and minifacturing fabricator. Versatile and reliable, an omni-tool can be used to analyze and adjust the functionality of most standard equipment, including weapons and armor, from a distance. This particular one has all of Fakir's PDA's settings and programs copied over to it. He has it also programmed to run the Cutter Mask systems on, allowing him to change veiws ,scan and zoom with it.

Weaknesses & Flaws

Otherworldly Taint [Pointy ears, Lion like Tail] (2): You have a physical peculiarity (odd hair/eye color, glowing eyes, etc.) and/or just an odd aura about you which may make you stick out. Someone who suspects you're not "normal" may make an Alertness roll, difficulty 7, to determine what you are.

Soft-hearted (1): You can't stand to witness suffering, and if you do, all your rolls are at -2 penalty for the next hour.

Notoriety (3): (Smuggler) You did something, or at least others think you did, that is frowned upon by your peers and elders. -2 Penalty on Social rolls with your personal group.

Electricity: Eletrical attacks will do a number to him now that he is part metal, might even shut down his legs.. Emp: Attacks that general EMP fields will shut down his lefts and render him immobile.
