Background

Son of the super rich and well known family of Shirogane. So, Long story short. Evelyn is a renown magical hero from his world. Happened on his powers when it was forced on him by a baddy trying to enslave the will of several people using an item known as the Heart Key. Evelyn fought against the spell and rather then becoming a newly minted soldier of darkness he became Rokaiser! He is well known for his kind heart and generosity. With rifts opening up in his home world Evelyn set forth into the unknown to look for ways to close the breaches in the fabric of realities in his world. He has traveled for just a bit more than a year or two to various worlds.. granting him just a bit of knowledge on other realms. One thing he never grasped was the secret identity business. Often times he would just transform right on the spot to try and save as many people as he could. This has gotten him on news feeds and other local media quite a bit, earning him some fame. Known to be cocky and confident when fighting. Though he seems to have a much softer side when outside of his armor.

• Shirogane Family Style: A lighting fast style that focuses on overwhelming your enemy with small strikes. While this is not entirely devastating in itself, This allows Evelyn to be pretty sure of when he can strike down an enemy without killing them. A mix of Several styles of martial arts ranging from fencing, Jian styles, as well as some hand to hand training like Wing Chun.

Powers & Merits

• Noble Rokaiser: Evelyn's Hero form. This grants him boosted agility, strength, endurance as well as a host of powers that are listed below. The Transformation for this ability is very flashy and will draw attention if he uses it.

• Magical Senses Attuned to the ebb and flow of magical and natural energies, Evelyn has gained a sixth sense of things related to the Arcane, Nature, and Leylines. The range is about 500 yards. (Can be used outside of Transformation.)

• Flower Stem: A Magic wand that has 3 forms.
• Wand mode: Inactive form, mostly for easy storage.
• Halbert mode: Morphing the weapon into a halbert. This allows him to fight at range and gives him a better weapon for mounted combat. The contact points of the weapon are lined with energy from the Leylines.
• Saber mode: This mode gives wand form a thin beam of light like a beam saber. The beam saber's blade is made out of raw energy from the Leylines themselves.

• Entangling Vines: Exactly what it sounds like, He commands Vines to shoot out and capture enemies. Now it has a few little extra abilities like it can form ramps, grab and throw things or even catch things.

• Budding World: A block wide barrier he can erect around a combat area to protect outsiders from magical fall out and attacks so that only those within the barrier are affected. Though it can be broken with a powerful enough attack.

• Noble's Crest: A bubble shield he can summon either over himself of a small group of other people so long as they remain cluster together.

• Flower Bed: With a light tap of the flower stem wand, Evelyn can attempt to induce sleep in a target. Seeing as he doesn't wish to harm others, this is a spell for exactly that.

• Spring's Purity: A Healing spell that summons a small field of flowers and grass under the target. This spell not only can heal the physical body but the mind of a target as well if given enough time. (Emotional Damage healing not included, can be used outside of transformation.)

• Grand Purify: While this falls into a similar realm as Spring's Purity, This is a more generalized power. With this Evelyn can channel healing and pure energies to revert corrupted or transformed people, creatures or even items to their original forms! Removing corruption of just about any type. This is pretty much ever magical boy/girl purify finisher spell ever. A powerful ability that makes up for the lack luster set he comes with.

• Iron Will (5): You cannot be mind-controlled easily, and getting you to surrender is borderline impossible. When magical (or other) mind-control is attempted on you, both roll and you get a +3 bonus to your roll. It's possible to do it, but you'll fight it with every fiber of your being, and will not stay in thrall very long.

• Crack Driver (1): This has been changed to "Expert Driver" in later books, but we all know what this Merit really means: you drive a car like you're on crack (but can do it without killing anyone). You get a +2 Bonus to Driving rolls. You can take similar merits for piloting or driving other vehicles if appropriate for the character

• Clear Sighted (3): You are not fooled by illusions, and you get an Alertness roll to see through illusions, Difficulty 7, any time you face one.

• Concentration (1): You are very good at focusing, and suffer no penalty for distractions, stress or having to repeat yourself often.

Unique Items

• Sleipnir: Evelyn's personal, highly customized battle cycle. This high performance motorcycle is not only fast and nimble but armored up a bit on the front as well. It also happens to be summon-able. Rokaiser has had this bike for some time, and has become quite apt in maneuvers as well as combat on it

Items Of Note

• Herz Schlüssel: (Heart Key) This item allows him access to his powers. It is also said to be connected to his heart and soul The source of Evelyn's power. This key allows him to change into Noble Rokaiser. This boosts his defense, strength and speed. This also grants him most of the powers above. This item has it's flaws. While in the hands of someone else, they will have complete and total control over Evelyn

• Shirogane Family Jian: Nothing all too special about this, but it is a weapon carried by his family and marked with the Shirogane crest.. He had a choice of this or a Rapier, Which his Sister carries. The jian is light weight and locks into the sheath. Only to be disengaged with the press of a button. Weaknesses & Flaws

• Herz Schlüssel: If a foe manages to get hold of this item .. they could command him to do there bidding.
• Lifesaver (3): You revere all life and will not risk killing someone at all costs. Unfortunately, as a mercenary, this can sometimes be a problem.
• Otherworldly Taint (2): Bright pink hair, light blue eyes and a burning aura that marks him as a magical boy.
