SPECIAL ABILITIES, POWERS
Swordsaint: Dom Francisco is arguably the second best swordsman in the New World. He is an instant learner, and a ridiculously precise and strong swordsman. His specialty is Iaijutsu, allowing him to quick draw faster than most people can shoot bullets. At point blank range. He can copy any move he sees just once, and he has access to a wide variety of techniques. His strongest ability is the Yogo Dekinai Kogeki.
- Yogo Dekinai Kogeki: The Attack Which Cannot be Defended. Francisco can instantly strike at a direct angle, allowing him to slash through any guard. Armor, parrying, and other such advantages are essentially useless against his strike. It requires focus and set up, and can only be used at a direct angle (Vertically or Horizontally), but when he draws, his strike can only be dodged. Any defense will fail to block the strike, no matter what the source.
- Kyusho Sokuji Kogeki: Vital Point Strike. In a single slash, Francisco can hit every major point on his opponent's body. He hits ten times in a single attack, striking down the body's centerline, head, neck, center chest, stomach and life gate, as well as both arms, both legs and the heart. A proper defense can guard against this attack, but chances that the limbs or head will be affected is still high. The speed of the strike is unmatched.
- Kyokuto Sen: Far Slash. Francisco can slash repeatedly, sending a wave of slashes through the air currents at his opponents, traveling both across the ground and in the air, or even through water.
- Junsui Boei: Perfect Defense. Dom Francisco can stand in an iai position, and for a 10 foot range around him, have an absolutely flawless defense. Anyone entering those ten feet will get slashed immediately, and any thrown item will also be slashed. Over a dozen such strikes can be made instantly, so even attempting to overwhelm him is impossible.
- Takame Tokko Kogeki: Hawkeye Slayer Attack. An attack Dom Francisco developed to put himself in the big leagues of swordsmen. He has observed and studied the battle techniques of Dracul 'Hawkeye' Mihawk, Roronoa Zoro, and Cleavage, and developed a technique to defeat any master swordsman. This is a theoretical technique, but Dom Francisco is confident in its ability. He first immobilizes their primary attack, moves in a blindspot, using his incredible observation abilities and personal aura (see below), then deftly either strikes, or avoids and counterstikres (depending on the type of fighter he is against) to disarm them. Literally. It is an all or nothing attack for one on one duels, but the speed of this strike and Dom Francisco's skills make him a bigger threat against master swordsmen than one would otherwise think.
Haki: Dom Francisco is a master of Haki, having actually trained Senor Magnifico in its use. He is able to strike down even Logia fruit users with his blade. He has all three types of Haki, with sensory Haki being his primary focus, but his combat Haki is also nearly unmatched. His sword can strike down anything within his personal 'bubble' of Haki, allowing him to have a whole sphere around him, which will cut practically anything that stumbles within it when he's being defensive.
NOTABLE ITEMS
Kanpekina Santo no To: The Blade of Flawless Combat. A sword forged specifically for Dom Francisco by his childhood friend, a master sword smith. It allows him to focus his Haki perfectly, having been forged with his own blood, and carrying the promise to become the blade of the world's greatest swordsman. Anyone attempting to use the sword other than Dom Francisco will find it unwieldy.
WEAKNESSES
Arrogant: Dom Francisco considers himself at least a match for Dracul Mihawk, if not Roronoa Zoro. He does not conceive of a person being able to best him in combat, and as such fears no one. This said, a lot of his arrogance is warranted.
