SPECIAL ABILITIES, POWERS
Innovade: Ciel is an artificial being. As such, he has enhanced everything, and the ability to utilize Quantum Brainwaves, giving him precognition, telepathy and superior reflexes. He can also remote hack into machines due to an implant in the base of his neck, allowing him more access to machines than the regular Innovade. He also has the ability to take over any other person with Ribbons Almark DNA (except Leif Recitativo and Beside Pain, who are immune and better at it, respectively).
Gundam Meister: Ciel is pre-programmed with the hand to hand and CQC skills of the Innovades and Ali al-Saachez, making him quite dangerous at combat.
NOTABLE ITEMS
Body Armour: By 21st century standard, his body armour might as well be magic. It's bulletproof and even highly impact resistant.
