Appearance
Born with white hair, that when she was young a black stripe appear in it, Hikari refuses to dye her hair. She prefers dresses that are elegant and dark taking a very gothic style of dress.
Personality
Hikari is fairly calm and collected till it comes to time of confrontation, then she can get a little over zealous. She is generally kind to people, trying to help those less fortunate and punish people that are cruel and evil. She has a strong since of justice, though her justice tends to lead to violence. She is very curious individual, which can get her into trouble at times.
Background
While Hikari didn't have a bad upbringing, her parents divorced before she could remember, her father being the parent that actually raised her. Sadly it took most of his time working to keep the two afloat. This often times left Hikari to her own devices, much to the dismay of her baby sitters. She was extremely curious getting into all sort of things as she grew up. Her father took notice of this and when he got to spend time with his daughter often would spend that time reading mystery novels with her, her favorite being Sherlock Holmes. From then out she had a bit of a focus into her curiosity, when she would look for mysteries and look for ways to solve them. For her sixth birthday her father gave her a antique magnifying glass which she cares for to this day.
When she got a little older and was in middle school she decided that it was time for her to learn to defend her self and became active in her schools karate club, and also participating in sports programs to keep fit. This lead to many fights as she hated to see people treated badly. She did everything she could to be the bane of bullies and protect those weaker then her. And as she got older, she got taller and imposing as she stayed extremely fit and built her strength.
Most recently following one of her recent mysteries she found something a bit bigger then should could handle. She ran into a youma attacking a younger child. Grabbing a near by crash can lid she ran to the kids rescue. The youma was stronger then she could have handle but not all was lost. Phoebe the cat had been following her as she had a hell of an ass and tracked her down as being a senshi. Not wanting to see such a fine piece of ass go to waist he quickly gave her her wand and she transformed to rain justice down upon the youma. The rest is history.

Powers & Merits
Procyon Star Power, Make Up! Hikari gains access to all of her powers by transforming into Sailor Procyon. Their is a sudden explosion of light, then the light becomes beams that swirl around Hikari as she transforms. Transforming summons her shield, The Freebird
Holy Diver - Procyon Runs at her target, holding her shield infront of her, as she does she speeds up and her shield held infront of her till she for a brief moment reaches a speed faster then the human eye can follow, her shield covered in light as she slams into the enemy at this incredible speed with her shield.
Master Exploder - Creates a ball of light above her head the explode causing those near by to be blinded and stunned by the sudden intense light.
Interstellar Overdrive - As Procyon calls out Interstellar, her shield glows brightly with light and she throws it at her enemy, but when she calls overdrive the light expands outward into a gaint buzzsaw of light!
...And Justice for All - Procyons Ultimate attack. This attack takes a bit of time to charge up but when released, it unleashes a large and powerful beam of light out of her hand that is capable of causing Massive amounts of damage in its path.
Clear Sighted (3) Hikari is not easily fooled by illusions and can keep her eye on the prize.
