Cecilia knows an extensive amount of black magic spells. In fact, she's been able to develop some spells of her own through rigorous testing and magical application.
Fire, Fira, Firaga Blizzard, Blizzara, Blizzaga Thunder, Thundara, Thundaga Water, Watera, Waterga Quake Gravity, Graviga Poison, Bio Toad, Piggy, Break Drain, Osmose Flare Meteo
Dark, Darkra, Darkga - Suffusing herself with a touch of darkness, Cecilia can cause an eruption of dark magic around one target. Generally speaking, the holier or more devout someone is, the more damage these types of spells do. Scathe - An improved version of the Bio spell, this dark-based magic affects an individual with a disease that eats away at both physical and mental stamina very rapidly.

Cecilia knows a number of mostly utility-based spells with some healing mixed in.

In addition to the above, Cecilia can use Gravity to allow herself to hover and fly short distances at a time.
Powers & Merits
- Summon Magic
Cecilia cannot summon in the traditional manner -- she instead calls on the spirits of those who have departed but still retain a strength that allows them to be brought into the world.
Scarmiglione's Sundering - The earth erupts and emits gasses that attempts to afflict a large area with poison, paralysis and temporary petrification. Cagnazzo's Deluge - Deluges foes with water that saps their strength and causes them to move slowly for a period of time. Barbariccia's Typhoon - Sharp winds howl in an area that prevents the casting of spells for a time. Rubicante's Inferno - Flames damage enemies in an area and weaken their physical strength.
Unique Items
CPU Unit - This black, spherical item floats around Cecilia and is the size of a basketball. It doesn't appear to do anything, but it works with Cecilia in a variety of passive ways.
- It automatically scans for the presence of magic within a 30 ft. radius. If detected, it attempts to analyze it (Difficulty up to GM discretion) and provide information to Cecilia.
- It also scans individuals for magical defenses in order to try and provide Cecilia with up-to-date information on functional weaknesses and strengths.
- Finally, it can be used as a magical focus, but this requires a significant time and energy expenditure to perform (full round action).
