Appearance
A tall muscular man with blonde hair and a surgery scar that travels down from the top of his head to the side of his face across his nose. Usually wears a pair of black leather jeans with a silk button up short sleeved shirt. On his right shoulder is a tribal like tattoo with the Fairy Tail guild stamp in the middle of it.
Personality
Can first come off being aloof, a bit abrasive and aggressive, though deep down is a very honorable nice guy with a samurai like code of honor. If he was born in Japan would probably have been an enforcer of a Yakuza gang. Can be a tad bit rowdy, but most of the times enjoys the simple things in life and taking the scenery in for what it is.
Background
Xander was born into a very loving environment full of people who showed him that the best things in life involve your friends. Being that he was the son of two S-Class Mages and his father being the Guild Master itself, a lot was expected from him. Once he shown interest in learning Lightning Dragon Slayer magic from his father at the young age of 11 he was enducted into the guild and started training with his father in the art of Dragon Slayer magic. Outside of his magic training he lead a very active, fun filled life while surrounded by tons of exciting, loud, and friendly people.
As he got older, he rose through the ranks and eventually became an S-Class mage and continued the tradition from his mother to become one of the most popular mage's of the guild in both looks, strength, and knowledge. Easily the next candidate to lead the guild into his generation.

Special Abilities
Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic: This Magic gives him the power and characteristics of a Lightning Dragon, along with the signature ability of Dragon Slayers to eat external sources of his element to heal himself and regain power, thus making him immune to lightning.
- Lightning Dragon's Roar: Xander's version of the signature Dragon Slayers' attack, he generates lightning in his mouth and releases it in a concentrated, destructive blast, capable of destroying everything in a wide area in front of him.The special effect of this attack is that if the target survives the blast they will become paralyzed for a moment allowing Xander a chance to escape or plan his next attack.
Lightning Magic: His signature Magic, over which he possesses great mastery. It allows him to produce, control and manipulate lightning and electricity at his will. Through its use, Xander can make lightning appear from almost anywhere to strike his opponents, taking them by surprise. By generating electricity on different parts of his body, he’s capable of making his attacks in melee deadlier, and of propelling himself around to gain extra momentum. In addition, much like other Elemental types of Magic, Lightning Magic allows Xander to turn his own body into lightning, in order to evade enemy attacks, move around at high speed and strike every opponent crossing his path.
- Lightning Body: Through the use of Lightning Magic, Xander is capable of transforming his own body into electricity, turning himself into a lightning bolt, whose size can vary from mere, fast-moving sparks to pilars of lightning. Together with the signature intangibility of Elemental Magic this form also grants him some traits typical of real lightning: he's shown capable of freely moving around at high speed and to travel over long distances, rapidly appearing at his destination from places away from sight as though as he was teleporting. In this state, because of lightning's kinetic nature, he can only maintain his intangible lightning fast form only while moving.
- Thunder Bullets: He holds out his hand and creates a sphere of lightning around his outstretched forearm, from which a barrage of small, yet destructive lightning orbs is fired towards his enemy.
Enhanced Physical Attributes: Like many mages from his world and especially those who practice the art of Dragon Slayer Magic, he has immense amount of physical strength, durability, and reflexes. Especially in his case his reflexes are enhanced due to his style of magic.
Immense Magical Power: Xander possesses an immense level of Magic Power, which, befitting his Magic and theme, manifests itself in the form of electricity. This can appear from his body in various amounts, from simple sparks, when he wants to intimidate opponents or is annoyed, to a potent lightning aura around him, which damages the surrounding area, when he's enraged.
Hand to Hand Combat: Is an expert in hand to hand combat. His style is one that he just calls 'fighting'. It is a hybrid of street fighting, brawling, grappling, and his style of magic.

- Xander has accepted the role of being the Genbu Shichi Seishi Uruki. On his neck appears the symbol of 女 (Nǚ) meaning Woman. When he draws on her deep emotional power he has the following abilities:
- Wind Manipulation - Xander is able to manipulate the wind in various ways, particularly for teleportation; the only setback to this power is that he must transform into a woman in order to utilize it..
Burning Aura (2):Because of his Dragon Slayer magic, he has an aura equal to that of a Lightning Dragon since he shares many characteristics with one.
Common Sense (1): You are full of practical wisdom. A great merit for starting characters, as you may receive advice from the GM regarding how to handle certain situations.
Culture Knack (3):You have a knack for fitting in wherever you are, and though you may not know them beforehand, you pick up on customs quickly. In appropriate situations, your social difficulties may be lowered, or you may be able to recover from a botched roll with another roll at normal difficulty.

Magical Headphones: A pair of headphones that he wears that contains a magical database of music that he listens to. In otherwords an mp3 player that can download music from anywhere at anytime and sotre an indefinite ammount of songs.
Weaknesses & Flaws
Crippling Motion Sickness: He cannot ride in any kind of vehicle, when he rides in one he becomes paralyzed and suffers from extreme nausea.
Intolerance (1): Towards people who whine and complain aka weak people.
Allergic (3): Has crippling motion sickness whenever he is riding in a vehicle.
Graceless (2): Despite him having amazing reflexes when it comes to combat and magic...is all thumbs when it comes to normal everyday things.
Permanent Wound (3): For some reason, you have a wound that never heals, which is effectively a permanent lethal health level. If you repair the damage with magic/superscience, the wound re-opens by the next day.
