Appearance

She's athletic and sporty looking with a big smug smile on her face. =D Very similar aesthetic to Rikku from ffX. I have a pic somewhere.

Personality

She has motives. Always. And wants $$$$. Also due to her mother's insanely conservative nature, it had the backwards effect on Makoto. She's also a ... PASSIONATE ROMANCE hound, let's say. If a very handsome man approaches her -- especially if they're wearing a military outfit, she'll do the cartoon wolf heart-eye thing.

Background

Kid of two old people. Grew up and wanted money and adventure so left and did that stuff. Got into a lot of trouble but nothing she couldn't really handle and working mostly as a bounty hunter. She went to another world with a bunch of weirdos for a bit, then left. Now she's in another world with weirdos, not much of a diff.

Powers & Merits

(Unique, or hereditary, in-born powers, whether due to genetics or magic, things that can't be taught to others or simply gifted to this person from an outside force. Powers based on weapons should go in the Items. Merits can also go here.)

  • Eat-Man - Makoto can.. eat anything. Metal is preferred.. but she can eat anything and then reform it from her body. She uses this as a method of storing items. She can also reform guns, rocket launchers, and complex machinery from her body. If she eats anything she will know how it works, its weaknesses and strengths.. basically all the information ever. This also works with books, cds, and so on. It technically goes into a fourth-dimensional pocket contained within her and she will have full knowledge of how to recreate and correctly use that item. Basically, If she were to eat a car, she would have full knowledge about everything that car can do and its abilities. If she were to drink gas, she could tell you what its exact chemical composition is. It's also possible for Makoto to repurpose the matter in her system to create items within herself for other uses. Hunks of metal can be turned into chains, sheets into parachutes, et cetera.
  • Resilient body - Makoto's body is made.. for consuming and eating hazardous and tough materials. She can drink stuff like gasoline. So poison doesn't affect her. She also has enhanced strength (like Spider-man). Makoto is also incredibly resistance to explosions and impact force up to 500 newtons. She can take getting shot by regular caliber gun and not get harmed. High caliber weapons, however, can puncture and wound her severally.
  • Poison Resistance (2): You have an innate ability to resist the effects of many toxins. Whenever you need to roll to resist poisons, you get a +2 Bonus.
  • Unaging (2) - Can live well past the end of the Universe.
  • Ability Aptitude (1) - Technology
  • Self-Confident (5): One free successful roll during a mission, due to the strength of your self-confidence. This only comes into effect regarding rolls at difficulty 6 or higher. As with other rolls, this does not apply in direct opposition combat (as your enemy is probably just as sure of himself as you are, also we don't roll to hit or dodge), but when it's time to get something done, you -know- it comes down to you. NOTE: To clarify, if a non-combat related roll happens during a fight (spot checks, trying to sneak away, etc), Self-Confident can be used. It's only for a roll off (Ex. Izu vs Izumi, both punch, roll to see who hits) that Self-Confident doesn't apply.


Unique Items

  • Red Materia - She got this from her Mom. It's the Leviathan Summon.
  • CHHI HW-08 High-Spread Maser, Eos-Class "Leviathan": A customized maser beam rifle developed by an out worldly future world. The actual rifle is capable of 5 shots per minute and has a cool-down rate of 2 minutes before fully recharging.
  • Jekyll and Hyde: Twin modified 700 Nitro Express semi-automatic hand cannons. Weighs 32 lbs and fires custom .700 rounds.
  • Beauty: A tranquilizer gun modified from a .40 AutoMag. The Beauty holds 20 rounds in a magazine, each armed with fletchettes containing a mixture of haloperidol and etorphine compounds that cause momentary torpor in most human foes. The effects of this potent cocktail lasts upwards of five minutes and continues to cause drowsiness upwards of 30 minutes after the initial stick.

  • eating organic items makes her sick.
  • She has a weakness for a man in uniform. She wouldn't murder people or start committing atrocities for them but she might absolutely let information slip or get distracted from her mission if it comes up.
  • Disturbing Mannerism (2): You have a habit or character trait which is peculiar, gross, or annoying. You may not even be aware of it-but boy, everyone else is. Penalties of social rolls are increased at the GM's discretion. eats metal and inedible stuff all the time.
  • Addiction (1): You are addicted to some substance, such as caffeine, nicotine, etc. You will start to crave the substance if you don't get it often enough, and have to spend time and money to counter it. The larger the flaw, the more dependent you are on the substance, and the worse things will happen if you don't get what you need. After jonesing for long enough all your rolls are at -1 Penalty. -2 if a three point flaw. A one point flaw will never incur penalties, but you should start RP'ing out how badly you need a drink or smoke and be easily distracted by that very idea. always enticed by uh.. romantic rendezvous
  • Sensation Junkie (2): You're addicted to sensation, and will do anything to find new means of stimulation. If the opportunity presents itself, you need something distracting you to resist the urge, and only by making a roll (Diff 6). She's a hedooooonist.
