Appearance

In his standard form, JB is a very sharply dressed individual, dressed in immaculately pressed suits, sweaters or vest whenever he's seen. He loves to dress in Neo-Victorian style suits, usually ranging from gray to taupe with a red bowtie shaped like two bat wings. He has neatly-coiffed golden blond hair styled into a pompadour, blue eyes and sharp features that some find very attractive in their own right. In his Caster Form, JB transforms into a well-defined and muscular man that dresses only in a pair of slacks, a suede vest, a pair of loafers and a white cravat while shirtless underneath. He also sprouts two red bat wings from his back while in this form.

While in Big Boned Form, JB transforms into a fatter version of himself which still wears the same outfit of his standard form.

Personality

Slightly mercurial in nature and a bit curious as to how the other half lives, JB is constantly asking people questions and is quite chatty. He often latches onto people just to see they respond. He oftentimes enjoys pressing the buttons of people as a way of understanding their limits before he initiates any sort of lasting relationship with them in general. Very rarely is JB ever 'serious,' but when he is, his mood rapidly switches from his jocular nature to one more fitting of his vampiric nature.

Background

Born at Blue Castle, Jean-Baptiste's life was a charmed one for hundreds of years, but quite boring, too. With nothing to do but sit around and languish all day, JB grew bored with life at the castle and came to hate his existence that had him stuck within the immediate area of the Blue Castle. He never ventured past some of the quiet burgs that laid in the distance at the behest of his family until one day he met a traveller known as Riot Hyuga. Utterly fascinated and intrigued by Riot, who turned out to be the direct ansector of a family 'friend,', JB left Blue Castle with her in order to get a glimpse of the world at large. He hasn't looked back sense.

French-style Boxing: Jean-Baptiste is an accomplished pugilist in his own right. Having trained many years in the way of the Shadowy Fist (His own style), JB is quite light on his feet and can throw a heck of a punch.

Muscle Arts Training: Trained by Joachim Valentine, JB also knows many Wrestling Techniques both professional and Greco-Roman style.

Jean-Baptiste possess the ability to eat food en masse and transform his body into various forms. His normal Slim form possess no sort of magical bonus or physical bonuses on him. He's for all intents and purposes, a 'normal' person in that form. After a large Caloric Intake, JB can turn into either Caster Form, a muscular yet magically adept form of himself or Big-Boned Form which is a physically strong version of himself. When starved of blood and food, JB will transform into Mauve Bat form until he is able to feed.

Rituals (Slim and Caster Form)

Draining Touch - A dark-elemental attack that transfers health from an opponent and replenishes some of JB's health.
Earthen Edge - Transforms all attacks into Earth-element attacks for a short of amount of time.
Bat Dance - Summons forth wind shears to assail nearby foes with wind magic.
Sanguine Symphony - Summons three aspects of death to attack a small group of foe, transferring all physical damage done back to JB as both Mana and Caloric Intake.

Muscle Arts (Big Boned Form)

Cours, J.B., Cours - Temporarily raises JB's reflexes to dodge attacks in Big Boned Form.
Comme d'habitude - A quick counter to any physical attack. On a successful roll, JB will attempt to duck back and counter with a Sanguine Fist or Roll of Ruinous Fate.
The Sanguine Fist of the Southern Cross - JB attempts to bring a chopping right hook down on the opponent, empowered by dark elemental energy.
The Roll of Ruinous Fate - A boxing combination assault. JB attempts a Dempsey Roll followed by a corkscrew punch. This is dark elemental in nature.
The Gift of Happiness - Fully restores all health to a person and resurrects them at the cost of transforming JB back to his Slim Form.
Final Hell Giga-Buster - A multi-hit boxing/wrestling assault combination technique that sends the enemy flying into lower Earth orbit. This attack is strong and can only be used twice before JB returns back to his Slim Form due to the calories necessary to maintain the Big Boned Form.

Catlike Balance (2): +1 Bonus to rolls relating to balance.
Double-Jointed (1): +1 Bonus on any roll involving flexibility, or escaping.
Unaging (2): For some reason, you never age. While this has its benefits, if you know people long enough, they'll start to notice you not getting any older, which may cause some suspicion. While it's unlikely you'll die of old age, this merit does not keep you from getting ill or wounded.
Gall (2): You got moxy, kid. You get a +1 bonus to any Social roll requiring backbone.
Graceful (2): You are extremely agile and delicate in your movements. +1 Bonus on all Dexterity rolls. Botches will still hurt, but it is possible to gracefully fall down, and you'll die before you look clumsy.

Weaknesses & Flaws

Flaws can go here. Balance is key!

JB's a vampire, so he suffers some weakness in the daytime from direct sunlight. He can also be killed by any of the typical vampire-slaying techniques. While he's generally tougher than more humans, a stake through the chest would instantly kill him. Also if he doesn't feed on blood eventually, he'll transform into a mostly harmless bat.

Otherworldly Taint (2): You have a physical peculiarity (odd hair/eye color, glowing eyes, etc.) and/or just an odd aura about you which may make you stick out. Someone who suspects you're not "normal" may make an Alertness roll, difficulty 7, to determine what you are.
Disturbing Mannerism (2): You have a habit or character trait which is peculiar, gross, or annoying. You may not even be aware of it-but boy, everyone else is. Penalties of social rolls are increased at the GM's discretion.
Sterile (1; may also be a merit): You are incapable of reproducing. If you are in a society which expects you to have children, this is a flaw. You may, however, take this as a merit if you practice lots of sex magic or something in which being fertile may actually cause more problems for you than not.
