SPECIAL ABILITIES, POWERS

Blood Elf: Tomlin is a Blood Elf. He has the ability to see in the Dark, as well as an incredible magical potential.

• Arcane Affinity: Spells cast by a Blood Elf are more efficient than others.
• Arcane Resistance: Tomlin has enhanced resistance to magic and status effects of a magical nature.
• Arcane Torrent: Tomlin can cause enemies within 8 yards around him to be 'Silenced', and thus unable to cast magic.

Shadow Priest: Priests are commonly considered one of the standard healers in Azeroth. However, they are also formidable damage dealers with niche abilities.

Abilities

Shadow Tree:

• Mind Vision: Allows Tomlin to see through a target's mind for a full minute. The target cannot be over a continent away.
• Fade: Allows Tomlin to fade from sight.
• Shadow Word - Pain: A word of darkness that causes medium Shadow damage instantly, and additional Shadow damage over time.
  • Shadow Word - Insanity: A word of darkness which transforms the Shadow Word: Pain into a powerful mental attack.
• Shadow Word - Death: A word of dark binding that inflicts HEAVY Shadow damage to the target

Holy Tree:

• Binding Heal: Heals a friendly target and Tomlin for a bit of life force.
• Mass Dispel: Dispels magic in a 15 yard radius, removing all harmful spells from allies and 1 beneficial spell from each enemy. Affects a maximum of 10 allies and 10 enemies.
• Holy Word - Sanctuary: Blesses an area with divine energy, healing all within it as long as they stand in the circle.
• Power Word - Shield: Draws on the soul of the friendly target to shield them, absorbing some damage. While the shield holds, spellcasting will not be interrupted by damage. Once shielded, the target cannot be shielded again until the spell has run its course.
• Power Word - Fortitude: Increases all allies' fortitude, stamina and energy for a whole hour. Cannot be cast multiple time.

Specializations

These are the powers that a specialized Shadow Priest gets access to.

• Devouring Plague: Consumes all of the caster's Shadow Orbs to deal Shadow damage and then some more over time.. Also heals the caster a bit when it deals periodic damage.
• Mind Flay: Assault the target's mind with Shadow energy, causing Shadow damage over time and slowing their movement speed by half.
• Vampiric Touch: Causes decent Shadow damage on touch, which is transfered to Tomlin's mana pool.
• Shadow Orbs: Generated by Mind Blast and Shadow Word: Death. Used to empower Shadow Spells.
• Shadow Form: The power of a specialist in the Shadow spells, which lets him assume a Shadowform, increasing his Shadow damage, as well as reducing all damage to him. It also increases the flow of magic around himself. However, he cannot cast Holy type spells in this form.
  
• Mind Blast: Blasts the Target for Shadow damage and forms one Shadow Orb.
• Psychic Horror: Causes terrible fear on Tomlin's opponents, likely to cause them to drop their weapons.
• Vampiric Embrace: Fills Tomlin with Shadow energy, causing him to absorb the damage caused by his Shadow type spells and heal himself.
• Mind Spike: Causes severe Shadowfrost damage to a target, but removes all lingering Shadow effects from them at the same time.
• Dispersion: Tomlin can disperse into pure shadowy energy, making himself mostly intangible to physical or magical attacks. However, he cannot attack in this state.
