The J-Revival group is a quasi-religious movement devoted to unity and peace accross the planet, through the communion of all life through JENOVA. More and more adherents come to this new and revolutionary faith every day, due to the state of affairs in the world.

History

After the Deepground Rebellion, several people, mostly Deepground sympathizers, were dejected from what was happening accross the planet. These groups formed resistance cells, wanting Shinra and the so-called Heroes to pay for how easily they got away with disturbing the planet and callously using human lives. Several of these groups were former fan clubs of legendary heroes such as Genesis, Angeal and Sephiroth.
With no organization, however, they were little more than a network of malcontents posting vaguely threatening nonsense on the internet. However, in the last few years, several black cloaked individuals have popped up, saying they knew more about the true state of the world and reached out to these malcontents.. causing them to organize meetings.. 'Reunions', of sorts, even. Between the Deepground sympathizers, the dishonored fan clubs and the other rebellious spirits assembled, a movement was begun.

Current Goals

The Church of JENOVA's Revival, also known as J Revival, has the stated goal of discovering all the ancient knowledge the superior being, JENOVA, has to offer them, and then unite with her in communion. They wish to find whatever remains of JENOVA exist and spread it among themselves, the rest of the planet, and everyone else in the galaxy, to bring a singular sense of being to everyone.
The head of the cult, Ain, has already declared heresy on the WRO followers, joined eagerly by Deepground sympathizers and former soldiers, forming a formidable military presence in this new church. With Aur and Sof organizing said former soldiers and their own children, the cult is more than a small blip on the radar, and is growing day by day. Their goal is to convince everyone in the world that true justice awaits, and then perfect understanding through a profound sharing experience no one can ignore.
