Onmyoudo: Yamijou is the head of the Tenpouin Family, and the strongest Onmyouji of his generation. He is gifted in several techniques of Onmyoudo, such as divination, spirituality, warding, exorcism, summoning and the like.
Elemental Control: Yamijou can summon and control any of the five elements, as well as the storm.
Summoning: Yamijou can summon spirits, animals or shikigami, as well as bind them into whatever he chooses to ward. He can summon benevolent spirits as well as demons.
Warding and Exorcism: Yamijou can ward things from magic, scrying, spirits, demons, and most other supernatural creatures. He can also forcefully remove them from people or objects, as well as cancel magical effects.
Bindings and Curses: Yamijou can inflict a curse or curse-like effect on people, or bind a malevolent spirit to them. Obviously, he can also do this with benevolent spirits.
Immortality: Yamijou has attained a certain level of immortality. His soul is untouchable, and due to this, he can return from the dead, as King Enma cannot touch it, and he can pactise with devils without fear of having to pay off anything in the end.
Necromancy: Yamijou is an accomplished necromancer. He can animate the dead, and keep them as powerful in death as they were in life, and in some cases, even moreso. He can empower and take control over undead, and he can resurrect the dead as well.
