SPECIAL ABILITIES, POWERS

Lich: Anatole is a Lich, who has sworn fealty to the Ancient, Xel'lotath. As such, he is immortal and requires nothing that the living do. He is absolutely immortal, and he cannot be fully killed unless his Phylactery (Soul Jar) is destroyed, which he keeps far away from him at all times. He has peak human physical capacities, and is absolutely tireless.
Ancient Magick: Anatole is very gifted in magic, and is able to use spells from all three of the Ancients, as well as several spells of his own research, which have little do to with the book of Eternal Darkness.
Schutzstaffel: The Other Anatole was a member of the Schutzstaffel during his living years, when he encountered Alexander Vlado and Pious Augustus. As such, he has the life of a hardened, battle scarred soldier behind him before his transformation into a Lich, and knows how to handle himself in combat. This Anatole slew him and stole his soul, thereby learning his techniques and combat skills.

NOTABLE ITEMS

Staff: Anatole has a magical staff, allowing him to channel and amplify his magic, as well as instantly cast several spells from it, including shields, lightning bolts, darkness and dispelling other magical effects.
Phylactery: The hollowed out skull of Heinrich Himmler, protected with several dozen protection spells and curses, sealed away somewhere, which Anatole visits by proxy. This is where his soul resides, and unless the skull is destroyed, Anatole can never truly die, just become inert until his spirit possesses another pour being.

WEAKNESSES

Holy: As with all undead, Anatole is vulnerable to holy power. Unlike other undead, however, Anatole's power allows him to resist even angelic might, due to his nature as a spawn of Xel'lotath and not of 'Satan'.
Cha'tturgah: Anatole is, however, vulnerable to the rune of Cha'tturgah, due to his empowerment by Xel'lotath. Attacks made by the powerful Ancient's might will cause him more damage than regular attacks, and even disrupt his shields, which are otherwise, once erected, impregnable.
