Appearance

Always prim and proper; her attire is always in perfect order be it casual clothes or military uniform. Usually wears her hair in princess curls with braided accents, sometimes with a ribbon. Her complexion, accessories and posessions are likewise kept in emmaculate condition. This includes her physique. She doesn't have her father's size, but she is still quite toned and goes to great lengths to keep her musculature in excellent condition, but not so much as to appear unladylike in shape.

Personality

Wilhelmina in many ways takes after her father and her aunt, both of whom she has spent much time learning under. She is a bit more emotionally reserved than her father, but still more or less wears her heart on her sleeve, especially around her friends. She is highly protective of her friends, much like her father. And much like her aunt, her respect has to be earned and she can be surprisingly cold if she doesn't like you. She is not as prone to dramatic speeches as her father, but this too shows through from time to time. Even though she is not posessing of the Armstrong girth, she is still just as proud of her body, and will still break into moments of flexing when she's being dramatic (though with a little more modesty). Thanks to her aunt, she doesn't appear to share her father's distaste for violence, and in a fight can get pretty deadly serious; that odd coldness sometimes comming back up here, though this could also be a coping method for one who sees violence as an inevitability.

Background

Wilhelmina was brought up a classical Armstrong Aristocrat. Her father taught her everything she knows about Alchemy, although her aunt insisted she learned to fight from someone less spineless. When the time came for her State Alchemist exams, she found herself at odds with fellow exam taker, Sheska Mustang. The two ended up in a hellacious fight, until it was broken up by the Furher himself, telling them they had performed far beyond the expectations of a potential state alchemist.. and that they were to be sent to the stockades for a week for their excessive actions. During this week they had little to do but talk to eachother, and so they did. By the end of the week, they were fast friends.
Their first assignment together was in the later-stage reconsturction of Ishval, Wilhelmina cutting foundations for new buildings and making bricks and stone fixtures to use in said buildings. While she had misgivings of the task at first, after their many months there, she found this to be the most rewarding experience of her life. Their next tour together was being sent north to help out at Briggs and skirmish with Drachma forces. It is here that the two alchemists distinguished themselves and made their names known. Upon return to Central, they found that the bureaucracy here did not suit them one little bit and they became uncooperative with command. Thus, they were sent off to work with PARADIGM, where they would be someone else's problem.

Special Abilities

Armstrong Family Swordplay: She is trained in the art of the saber by her aunt, General Olivier Mira Armstrong. As a fighter in general, but especially with sword in hand, she's highly aggressive and ruthless. Her blade work depends strongly on agility and speed, rather than brute strength.
Armstrong Family Combatives: The mixed martial arts fighting style passed through the Armstrong family for generations! A mix of boxing, wrestling and other fighting styles taught to her by her father.
Armstrong Family Alchemy: Making use of the family combatives, this style of alchemy is based on slamming hands and feet, marked with transmutation circles, into a target area and speed-constructing simple structures comprising of few materials. Armstrong style's transmutations are very fast, possibly as a result of the force of the strikes that cause them. As well as creating structures, she can also create and launch projectiles, re-shape solid objects and desconstruct solid objects. She requires Transmutation Circles, or her marked accessories, to perform these acts.

Powers & Merits

Loyalty (1 pt.): Cheska Mustang
Code of Honor (1 pt.): Wilhelmina strongly believes in the morals taught to her by her father.
Iron Will (5 pts.)
Graceful (1 pt.)
Concentration (1 pt.)

Unique Items

Armstrong Alchemy Gauntlets: Metallic gauntlets exactly like her fathers, allowing her to perform Armstrong Alchemy with punching.
Armstrong Alchemy Boots: A creation of her own design, a pair of boots with armor plating going down the front and over the toe, connecting to a plate on the sole baring a transmutaion circle. This allows her to perform Armstrong Alchemy with kicks.
State Alchemist Pocketwatch: The State Alchemist badge of office, a silver watch with the official seal embossed on the surface, on a durable, extendable chain. Rumor has it that the watch can enhance alchemic powers, but the state of course denies this and claims it's just a result of the talent of their alchemists.

Items Of Note

Antique Viola: A well maintained viola that Wilhelmina practices on often.
Briggs Saber: A saber of identical construction to the blades used by her aunt.
Briggs Winter Coat: A fur lined, black winter coat like her aunt wears.

Weaknesses & Flaws

Conditional Magic (3 pts.): Requires a transmutation circle to perform alchemic reactions. Requires raw materials to perform the transmutations with. Without her circle-marked items, has to manually draw the circles on the surface she's going to perform on. To perform transmutations with complex compositions or intricate designes (such as moving parts) she needs to draw a physical circle regardless. She needs to have a very clear idea of the size, shape, composition and other physical propeties of what she wishes to create. She cannot perform human transmutations.
Disturbing Mannerism (2 pts.): Try as she might to hide it, there are times when she sees something she disagrees with that she has to speak out against.. And she does so in the way of her father. With partial disrobing, flexing, dramatic blustering and SPARKLES. Also? She can princess laugh.
Bard's Tongue (1 pt.)
Compulsive Speech (2 pts.): Tending towards inspirational bluster, as mentioned in her disturbing mannerisms.. CAn also be pretty venemous if she is in a poor mood, sounding much like her aunt.

Wilhelmina is incredibly stubborn, to a fault and then some, in pretty much everything she does. She is also a very prideful woman and can whether personal sleights to a point, but after a while does not take them well at all. Has even less of a tollerance to insulting behavior towards her friends. Insults that very quickly make her lose her temper involve her appearance, her physique, her family and Cheska Mustang. She is extremely meticulous in her appearance and can also lose her temper if too much "damage" is done to her appearance; IE her hair is messed up badly or her uniform tears too much.
