Libria is a utopian society ran by the Incandescents.

Notable Locations

• Metatron Clergy

a huge building with about twenty floors and the words the 'METATRON CLERGY' engraved at the top. looks very Romanesque ... or Grecian with huge parthenon-like columns and lots and lots of stairs. Inside is also glamorously done.. there is a reception area with those clerics walking back and forth in mechanical step. There is a fountain with a Greek-like sculpture and the walls seem to be glass. The ceilings are adorned with Michelangelo-like paintings (much like the Sistine Chapel) and beautiful chandeliers.

• Chloropromazium Factory

The building where Chloropromazium is produced. It's also twenty stories high with the Power Core, a futuristic laboratory and powerful equipment, at the top. The only way to get up the building is via stairs, elevators, or air ducts. There has been recent damage to the building from terrorist attempts, however thanks to PARADIGM, the building was saved and is being repaired quickly.

Notable People

• High Councilor Brand

A tall, benevolent looking man with long blonde hair. He looks to be in his mid-30s and has very kind, blue eyes. He has been the designated liaison between the rest of the Incandescents and the officers of PARADIGM. He is also very protective of his pet, a dark-haired, deaf beauty named Meela.

Inner Circle - Incandescents (blondes)

The politicians who have decided to "sacrifice" themselves for the good of the people by allowing themselves to feel. The Incandescence are perfectly DNA manipulated to be the utmost leader figure.

Metatron Clergy - Silvers (Silver hair)

• Soldiers

The ones that bring justice and order to Libria. Following the strict "Mantra Code", Clerics will hunt down offenders of the law and bring them to be judged by the Incandescents.

Middle class - Spectra (multi-colored hair)

• Civilians

Brought up to live in the harmony of Libria under a strict communistic regime. Aided by the daily intake of a drug supplement, "Chloropromazium" (called bliss by the A-lites), harmful emotions are removed. There are no differences between one civilian to the next. Dress the same, Walk the same, talk the same. The only "difference" to be able to tell one Spectra apart from the other is hair color.

Lower class/workers/slaves - Anchroma (black hair)

• Pets

The DNA mishaps and mistakes of cloning and reproducing new citizens. Rather than destroying them, they are put to work doing labor intensive duties. On occasion they are given as companions or "pets" to the Incandescents.

A-lites (Anti-Egalitarists)

• Rebels

Wanting to overthrow Libria and restore 'feeling' back to the people. The ones responsible for the threats on the Chloropromazium factories.
