SPECIAL ABILITIES, POWERS
Liquid Form: For short periods of time, can become liquid water with the ability to hold her shape, making her immune to physical attacks but more vulnerable to magical ones.
Aqua Tether: Generates a fully controllable and prehensile stream of water for Libicocco to control. The Aqua Tether is not particularly strong, however, so it's uses for manipulation are limited. The Aqua Tether and it's alternate forms are all destructable, and a new one has to be generated in the Aqua Tether form if destruction takes place.
Frozen Lance: Turns the Aqua Tether into an immeasurably cold spear that can be wielded or thrown, does equal measures of physical and ice damage.
River Lash: The Aqua Tether becomes more dense in this form, allowing her to use it like a whip or for ranged grapples.
Coldhammer: In this form, the Aqua Tether is a a hard sphere with spikes made of ice on an extendable and retractable 'chain' of water. The hammer's flight can be controlled to an extent, but not as finely as the Aqua Tether itself.
Field Effect - Broken Levy: The battlefield is flooded to waist high on the average person, inhibiting ground movement for all except for Libicocco. When this is in effect, Liquid Form can be used to seemingly teleport, though while in the water, the entire field is her 'body' for better or for worse.
Overdrive - Deluge Armor: Summons a full body suit of armor made of either liquid water or solid ice. Water armor increases her physical defense and lowers her magical defense, and ice armor does the opposite.
Phase Shift: Allows Deluge Armor to shift between Water and Ice at will.
Edgemaster: The Deluge Armor can summon up any of the Aqua Tether's weapon forms at will, regardless of the Phase.
Burst: The Deluge Armor is exploded off of her body, launching a wall of water or a flurry of ice spikes in every direction around her. The armor is then reformed after a short pause, during which Libicocco is dazed and vulnerable.
NOTABLE ITEMS
Jacket of Cresting Wave: This jacket grants the wearer immunity to environmental cold, ice magic and water magic.
WEAKNESSES
Elemental weakness to Thunder. Her loyalty to Malacoda borderlines on obsession, and she can be thrown into a blind rage by disparaging him or his cause.
