He can almost infinitely increase his mass, and in rock form, feels no pain. He default strength in his basic (8 foot) rock form is superhuman even for One Piece characters, and his strength increases based on his size. Delgado can switch back to normal form at any time, but he has trained to turn into rock on any impact, meaning even attempting to surprise him with attacks is unlikely to get him hit.
