Appearance

Short, tomboyish (in that she prefers functional clothes to fancy clothes), dresses like her father did when he was younger, has silken hair, and completely white skin.

Personality

Tomboy, childish, though never speaks very loud, and never cries. Is playful but not very outgoing, so will only react if offered. Cares for her family a lot, idolizes her father, and wants to grow up to be the Hokage.

Background

After Sakura Uchiha lay in the hospital after a complicated birth, Orochimaru II took her revenge by disposing of her and taking her place with her body modification techniques. She took Sakura's place in the household, and in the master bedroom. Before her ruse was exposed, she had seduced Sasuke and had gotten pregnant, and she ran away from the village while with child, prompting a final war between Konoha and Orochimaru's forces. Orochimaru II's deceit led to the death of her father, which was a boon, but had forced her to flee and give birth on the run.

A Konoha Elite squad eventually found her remaining troops and fought her off, isolating the baby and taking her back to Konoha, and her father and family. The baby was called Hanako, and despite her birth, she was considered the baby of the family. A long and complicated process brought back Sakura, and even though she had been conceived in deceit, Sakura took the girl as her own and Hanako was raised as part of the family, albeit adding another layer of distrust to the Uchiha children.

Surprisingly, none of them ended up going rogue after that, not even the psychopaths. As Hanako grew, three things were noticed about her. Firstly, she never cried, nor made any noise as a baby. Orochimaru II had modified her physiology to never express pain, discomfort or any emotion, as well as made her very quiet. Nevertheless, Hanako grew up wanting to be just like her father, a strong ninja, and had the loftiest goal of all. One day, she was going to be the Hokage.

Special Abilities

Ninja: Hanako is a ninja. She is trained in stealth, assassination and espionage. Moreover, her training in Ninjutsu and other such arts have given her the following special abilities, as well as a series of learned and trained Jutsu.
Tree Walking Technique: Hanako has learned the ability to cling to walls and ceilings through chakra.
Water Walking Technique: Hanako has been mastering the water walking technique, though not as well as the tree climbing one for now.
Ninja Speed: Hanako is exceptionally light on her feet, even for a ninja. While not on par with her incredibly powerful cousin and sister, she can keep up with all but the fastest ninja in the village.
Elemental Affinity: Hanako is very proficient in Fire based Jutsu and Lightning Based Jutsu, and can use Water Based Jutsu quite well also.

Basic Jutsu - Basic Arts

Bikou Ninjutsu - Shadowing Stealth Technique
Bikou Ninjutsu is the technique ninjas use to follow their targets covertly. The manner in which the ninja shadows their target can differ, from the basic hiding under a nearby object, to using a jutsu to turn oneself invisible.
Bunshin no Jutsu - Body Double Technique
This technique must be mastered by any ninja who has graduated from the Academy at the Hidden Leaf Village. It's the most basic technique a Genin must know, since it can be a real lifesaver. This ninjutsu creates a shadow clone of the caster.
Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique
Henge no Jutsu is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It is a very useful and widely used skill in the series, as it has many uses. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy.
Kawarimi no Jutsu - Change of Body Stance Technique
The Body Substitute skill is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobis. Put simply, the user uses speed to his/her advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way.
Kakuremino no Jutsu - Cloak of Invisibility Technique
Kakuremino no Jutsu is the technique ninjas use to follow their targets covertly. The manner in which the ninja shadows their target can differ, from the basic hiding under a nearby object, to using a jutsu to turn oneself invisible.

Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.
Shunshin no Jutsu - Body Flicker Technique
Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Taijutsu - Arts of the Body

Hayabusa Otoshi - Peregrine Falcon Drop
Hayabusa Otoshi is a Taijutsu technique used by Uchiha Sasuke. While at an elevated position, Hanako will grab his opponent from behind. Firmly locking herself to their back, she will lock her ankles to their neck to get their body rigid. She will then plant them head first into the ground. Essentially a belly to back piledriver, the move can provide a great concussion to his opponent's head.
Hanabira Rendan - Flower Petal Combo
Hanako's much less powerful but more confusing version of the Lion Combo. Unable to propel her opponents into the air, Hanako uses her small stature to move around them like flower petals in a strong wind, to disorient them, then throws needles at their face. Hanako then brings them down. sliding and chopping at their legs, she twists to get between them, then kicks back with both legs at the backs of their knees, using that as a platform, then goes to grab their neck and twist on it to double kick them in the face.

Ninjutsu - Arts of the Ninja

Ayatsuito no Jutsu - String Reeling Technique
Ayatsuito no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing wire. This string can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. The Uchiha clan also utilizes the wire in their Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi technique. The wire allows the clan member to pin down an opponent, and then unleash a torrent of fire upon them.
Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique
A Ninjutsu technique that covers the area surrounding the ninja using it completely in mist. Perfect for silent killing, since there's practically no visibility within the area of this jutsu.
Gokan Sakusou - Five Senses Confusion Disorder

This odorless powder is dispersed by an explosive note. Once in the air the toxin will be inhaled by their targets. The gas will confuse their opponent's senses and slow down their reaction time. Even when the target tries to dodge the attack, they will be unable to correctly maneuver to avoid it. This allows Hanako to attack freely and have a higher chance to injure her target.
Jagei Jubaku - Snake Authority Spell

Jagei Jubaku is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Orochimaru and Sasuke. Using Orochimaru's snake abilities, the two men can extend large snakes from their sleeves, which will coil around the target and bind them. The further addition or the user's murderous intent can weaken their target's resolve. With the removal of Orochimaru from Sasuke, this ability may be gone.
Kai - Release
Rank: Unknown (Higher level)
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses their chakra and screams "kai" or "release." They can perform it on themselves or on others. It will effectively ward off most Genjutsu, unless extremely powerful or when used in conjunction with an advanced bloodline.

Elemental Ninjutsu - Elemental Arts of the Ninja

Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Fire Release: Great Fireball Art
This Ninjutsu is a very powerful technique, and most Genins are not capable of performing it due to the large amount of chakra it uses. The user must first gather a large amount of chakra in his hand and mouth; this attack is pretty similar to a flamethrower.
Katon: Housenka no Jutsu - Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique
Another technique which originally belongs to the Uchiha clan, Katon Housenka is a very powerful and flexible technique. Instead of following the way of the other fire techniques, Housenka is unique by creating many small, yet powerful fireballs from the user's mouth.
Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu - Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique
Yet another powerful fire elemental NinJutsu, which also happened to be very common in members of the elite Uchiha Clan. This is believed to be the second strongest of the fire NinJutsus, just below its "cousin", Fire Dragon Flame no Jutsu.
Katon: Karyu Endan - Fire Release: Flame Dragon Projectile
Katon • Karyuu Endan is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and the proceeds to blow a large jet of fire from their mouth.
Raiton: Man Hachi no Shi no Jutsu - Lightning Release: Death by a Thousand Bees
Hanako's weaker version of the Chidori. With her father and sister, she developed a completely different signature Raiton. Using the basis of Chidori, Hanako focuses lightning in her hands and the loud humming noise eventually grows into a deafening buzz, static crackling in the air, at which point she throws a volley of needles and releases the lightning bolt, filling an entire area with electricity and shocking either several targets like a very powerful taser or a single target with the equivalent of a thunderbolt.

Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack. After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

Chidori Nagashi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to her body, Hanako is able to extend it outside of her body and through objects which he is holding. This allows him to create a protective zone around her person. This zone of electricity can shock and immobilize his foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system.

*Chidori Senbon - Thousand Birds Needles

Hanako reshapes the Chidori in her hand into the form of countless senbon. It is specialized in more speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Chidori Senbon can become even more effective by using it together with the Sharingan, allowing one to precisely shoot for the enemy's vital points.
Raiton: Kirin - Lightning Release: Kirin

Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot lightning technique that strikes in the blink of an eye. The user draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike, and controls it with chakra. Because the technique uses natural lightning as opposed to elemental chakra, its power easily outmatches all other Lightning Releases. However, the extreme preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency. This technique in the absence of active thunder clouds requires Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique or other such techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions to initiate it.
To initiate a lightning storm, and then to take control of lightning in order to guide it to a target while using the shape manipulation shown above, drained even Sasuke of most of his chakra. In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. However, natural lightning can reach a temperature of 30,000 °C, so that even if it misses the target, the sizable blast will likely eliminate the enemy. Itachi withstood this technique by using Susanoo.

Genjutsu - Arts of Illusion

Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu - Mist Servant Technique
Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu techinque that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.
Kokohi no Jutsu - False Place Technique
Kokohi no Jutsu is a simple Genjutsu technique which changes the appearance of a nearby object.
