Background
Raised in the warm and loving home of the Nakajima family. Quint was named after her late grandmother. Through her Aunts Subaru and Ginga were DAB officers, Quint seemed to show little interest in joining, even with them pushing for it. Instead Quint had developed a taste for the Inter-Middle Championship. The Inter-Middle Championship is an inter-dimensional sports event organized by the DSAA. It is a tournament for magical fighters aged 10 to 19. In Central Mid-Childa, 21 fighters compete for the title of city champion: 20 representatives from 17 districts plus the last year's reigning champion. The winners of municipal championships gain the right to participate in the world championship. The best fighters (on Mid-Childa, the top three) of each dimensional world then compete with each other for the title of the strongest fighter of the multiverse. She would eventually at age 11 join the ranks of the Midchildan fighters. Often sponsored either by Vivio or her mother Nove, Quint took these years spent in the tournaments to heart, become a fierce combatant. Though she has yet to win the finals, She has pushed her way though to earning The title of Midchildian Champion once. Nearing the end of her tourney career she realized she could put these skills of hers to use in another profession. As Paradigm has recruited mages before, she would also attempt to join the organization.

Special Abilities
Strike Arts Styles
Strike Arts: an empty-handed magical fighting style that relies on strike and the most popular martial art in Mid-Childa around 0079. It seems to be associated with the Mid-Childan and, by extension, Modern Belkan magic systems. Tldr version Magic Empowered Hand to Hand styles
- Mirage Claw of the Great Hawk: A strike art style known for raking, sweeping and stabbing strikes and incorporating magic to cause streams of magical energy to move with the swings to slice and cleave at your foes. Very efficient against armor and magical barriers as long as the form is assisted by a Device. Every swing is followed by a streak of energy emitted from the Device used in this fighting style. Giving her melee range a slight extension.
Strike Arts Techniques
- Shattering Fist: A sonic based attack, with a thrusting motion of the hand Quint uses the power of her device to generate a vibration field in the air to shatter what she strikes, Particularly useful against armored targets, though the effects on flesh tend to just be impact damage rather then shattering bone.
- Talon Rave: With the flick of her wrists, the trailing energy that usually follows her swipes can be turned into a ranged blasts!
- Pile Bunker: An attack that uses a stabbing motion of the hand Pile Bunker is a piercing strike meant to impart massive force on a single point. While this move is powerful, it has a tell tale sign, She draws her hand back as if to preform a hay-maker and steam jets out of her device. The purpose of this attack is to pierce physical and Magical defenses and preform a direct concussive strike on the foe. Though against flesh this attack could cause serious damage.
Barrier Jacket
Barrier Jackets are a magic armor protecting a mage from external harm. Unlike protection spells and other defensive magic, it is permanently active and can only be dispelled by critically damaging or destroying the Device that conjured it. The defensive capabilities of Barrier Jackets are very high and protect the mage from life-threatening conditions, however, they cannot be completely relied upon for protection.Despite their appearance as "clothes", the Barrier Jacket fully protects the mage's body. Any appearance of an "unarmored location" is completely cosmetic. On the subject of appearance as clothes, the appearance of the Barrier Jacket is fully determined by the caster and device based on his or her personal preferences. While most rank-and-file military mages wear a common Barrier Jacket design, highly-skilled mages are given complete freedom to configure their Barrier Jacket to their personal taste.
- Reactive Purge: Is the ultimate defensive function of some Barrier Jackets. When the damage taken by the user exceeds her Jacket's limit, it will "detonate" to counteract a single attack, similar in principle to reactive armor on modern tanks.
Attack Spells
- Radiant Nova: A powerful spell, though it takes a few moments to charge. Radiant Nova is a bombard type attack. Pulling back her fist in a Hay-maker like stance, a ball of energy forms in front of her and starts to grow. Once at it's full size (about the size of an execersie ball) she punches it and sends a beam attack out from the other side of the impact. With the Strength of the attack and the amount of stress it puts on her Linker Core, Shining Impact forces a limitation on the spell to once per day.
Defensive Spells
- Knuckle Bunker: (Passive Spell) Taught to her by Ginga Nakajima. It is a spell that generates a hard field around her entire knuckle and also allows her fists to act as blasters for her spells. When it is used as a counterattack against close attacks, it can block blades and protect her fists from damage via attacking hard materials like steel or concrete. Generally is activated alongside Her barrier jacket BUT can be activated separately.
- Round Shield: is the basic Mid-Childan shield-type defensive spell. A Spell circle is thrown up in front of the user to block incoming attacks Though this shield can be shattered.
Travel Spells
- Wing Road: When cast, a long strip of energy, condensed to the point where it can actually be walked upon, appears under the caster's feet, allowing them to travel through the air without actually flying. A Wing Road always has the caster's main spell color and appears to have one half moving in one direction and the other, in another, although this may just be for decoration. This spell doesn't have to be cast in front of the caster though it has been used to create bridges for others with out the caster being near either end of it.
- Jet Step: A spell that allows high speed movement, tending to be over short distances. This spell is often incorporated into attack patterns of Tourney Fighters.
Utility/Support Spells
- Sealing:Is a spell to seal any magic program from reacting with others. Throughout the series, it is mainly cast to render dangerous (corruptive) magical artifacts inert and safe.
- Physical Heal: Exactly what it sounds like, it's a healing spell, just not very powerful.
- Analyze: A spell that serves several purposes. It is a scanning spell so it can bring up various information on what ever it has scanned. This spell also works offensively, scanning for weak points and weaknesses in foes, or structures.
- Wide Area Search: This summons a few little orbs of energy that spread out and search the general area. It can relay information back to Quint through her device.
- Ring Bind:Is a basic binding spell, in which magic rings are used to hold the target in one place. Being a basic spell, it is rather weak but since it can be cast quickly and is pretty flexible in its application (such as locking on multiple targets or deliberately delayed activation).
- Hoop Bind: It generates multiple binding rings around the opponent, making it stronger than Ring bind, but, It can not be cast over multiple targets. For Quint, She has not mastered the Ranged variant of this spell, and needs to physically touch her foe to use it.
Powers & Merits
- Linker Core: a "Linker Core", a special organ in her body about the size of a marble, which allows her to store, produce, and channel mana within her body, and link it to magical spells to create a variety of effects. This also enables telepathy between other beings with Linker Cores, and with compatible magical devices.
Merits
- Danger Sense (3): "Oh no! My Spider Senses are tingling!" A successful Alertness roll, difficulty depending on the situation, will give you a timely sense of foreboding before something bad happens...
- Daredevil (3): You love to take risks, and are damn good at living through them. +2 Bonus when risking your life. This actually stacks with other merits (like Crack Driver), so you can be extremely good at risking your life. ...but if you fail you might die, so..
- Graceful (2): (This comes from her Device) You are extremely agile and delicate in your movements. +1 Bonus on all Athletics rolls.
Unique Items
- Storage Device: Shining Impact: A Wearable Device that she keeps on her arm. A kind of Magical Terminal, are ubiquitous and extremely versatile tools used by the mages of the Nanoha universe. Although, given the series' focus on magical combat, most depicted Devices are used and treated as weapons, it is not the case for the vast majority of mages working in more peaceful professions. The basic function of any Device is to augment their master's magic abilities and assist them in casting spells. Since magic in the Nanoha universe is very similar to information technology, these sophisticated magical "computers" take over tasks that the human brain cannot handle efficiently enough, such as recording and reproducing the spells that the mage has cast. As a Storage Device it will not configure new spells on its own, nor attack without Quints say so. To work around this glaring flaw Quint has programmed Shining Impact to also read Somatic gestures as well as Verbal commands when casting spells.
Weaknesses & Flaws
- Blockible Spellcasting: Because Quint is used to using the Somatic motions to cast. Her spells can be stopped by moving in and catching her wrist or blocking her motion. She can still cast them verbally but as stated above she is used to using the Somatic movements.
- Semi Device Dependent: While she can cast her spells without the device the casting times are much longer, making using anything of high tier troublesome or even useless to attempt as it would leave her open for an extended period of time.
- Rival (3): Quint as a number of Rivals that would love nothing more then to stand over her in absolute victory, publicly. These are often Fighters from tourneys, So if you guys have some ideas for a rival or rivals to throw at her go for it!
- Overconfident (1): You think you can do everything even though you probably can't, and you try to prove your belief as often as possible.
