While not exactly a group per se, the Erluchet are the genetically perfect psychics who act as the guiding force behind the new generation of Neo-Schwarz and Neo-Schrient.
History
Erluchtet were formed after the Death of Rouma. Originally, Ray was formed to act as a biological receiver to the various psychics of Rozenkreuz. However, Rouma's death activated his own survival instincts and independence. From there, he organized dissention among the new Rozenkreuz graduates, in order to fulfill the future Rouma had wanted to see, and that Ray's computer mind could handle.
Purpose
Using criminal organizations to cause upsets in the various balances of the world, and unite psychics as guides and agents to ensure the future is guided and controlled. Assassinations, terrorism and acts of destruction are par for the course.
