SPECIAL ABILITIES, POWERS
Necromancy: Saugulus is from House Anabelle, and as such is an accomplished Necromancer. He can empower undead, raise any body with a word, and create abominations, given time and the materials. He is gifted in the ability to see and interact with spirits and ghosts, and can impose his will on any animated dead, up to and including Vampires, though a more powerful one can resist easily.
Staff Combat: Saugulus is gifted in staff combat, and could hold his own against many warriors in that field.
