An older, grizzled man with a faraway look, usually dressed in nice clothes that have grown worn out from disuse, looking like a slightly out of shape former athlete. Alternately, a shadowy figure with indistinguishable appendages and whose shadows seem to have a physical weight to them.

SPECIAL ABILITIES, POWERS
Trained Detective: Wilhem was a successful private investigator in his prime, and has kept his skills. He is a former military-league boxer, has learned some more defensive hand-to-hand from time as a police officer, and is trained in the use of most conventional firearms.
Invisibility: Bloch can disappear from sight and remain entirely invisible whenever he wants.
Tentacles: Bloch can generate additional appendages to fight with, increasing his range, strength, speed and number of attacks at will.
Force Fields: Bloch can generate force fields which require either potent magic or powerful attacks to pierce through, and has a low level version of it on his person at all times.
Teleportation: Bloch can teleport to anywhere in his line of sight, or where he's been before, or if he has a good idea of what the location is like. He cannot be trapped in a wall or the like.
Intangibility: Bloch can phase shift and become intangible, or as hard as a diamond.
Eldritch Bolts: Bloch can channel eldritch energy
NOTABLE ITEMS
M1911A Service Revolver: A holdover from his military career. It's a good gun and well maintained. Also by now it's imbued with magic.
WEAKNESSES
Older Man: He's older than he looks, so sometimes he wakes up with body arches he didn't have before.
Alcoholic: He's addicted to alcohol. He doesn't get hammered, but he will go to the bottle whenever he needs to steady his nerves.
Smoker: He smokes a lot, so that's a giveaway when he coughs or smells of smoke.
