== PERSONALITY ==
What was once a proud and sadistic scientist of the invincible Dinosaur Empire has now fallen into a state of delusional senility. He is completely out of touch with reality, often seen challenging things like rocks and trees to duels to the death. While he retains his genius as a dinosaur of the dinosaur empire his inventions are all worthless. Resulting in little more than creative ways to kill the user. He still enjoys capturing animals and transforming them into sins against god.

He's rather condescending towards other people though tends to forget what he is talking about mid sentence.

== BACKGROUND ==
He is from the brood of dinosaur eggs that spawned the scientists of the Dinosaur Empire. He served hundreds of thousands of years building weapons of war until that fated day when the Getter Rays and Getter Robo wiped out the dinosaur empire. He was among the extremely few survivors who escaped death by burying into the earth's core.

Knowing that the empire had fallen Vulture allowed senility to take his mind so that he could live out his remaining millions of years in blissful stupidity. He continued to work as a scientist. Building great weapons of war like a chair that can remove the brain of whoever sits in it and replace it with a toaster and a gun that explodes should Vulture pull the trigger.

In one of his rare moments of lucidity he returned to the surface to threaten random people he sees. This lead to absolutely nothing other than discovering he still cannot survive in earth's new atmosphere for prolonged periods of time..as such he returned to his underground lab.

Every now and then he returns to the surface to make ridiculous threats, explain to humans that he means them no harm as the empire has fallen and then state that the empire will never fall.

== SPECIAL ABILITIES, SKILLS AND/OR POWERS ==

'''DINOSAUR DISGUISE ABILITY''': Vulture, like others of his race, can alter his body to look human. He shrinks down, retracts the mechanical portions of his body, changed color and looks like an extremely ugly human. He does not like doing this as sometimes he sees his own reflection and becomes confused for hours.

'''DINOSAUR STRENGTH''': Vulture is super humanly strong, resistant and fast compared to an ordinary human...though as the Getter Teams have proven, with enough training a human can match his physical ability.

'''CYBORG''': Years ago Vulture replaced the frail parts of his body with machinery. He has an arm that can fire mini missiles and a mechanical eye with a zoom scope, various light spectrum sensors and it can fire lasers. His chest can double as a storage space.

'''SUPER GENIUS''': His technology far surpasses that of a human. He can turn a human into a robot and retain the human's entire nervous system. Sadly he is completely senile and an idiot so ask him to build you anything at your own risk. Should he remember what it does it rarely works as promised.
