	'~~'The history~~ of the ~~organization~~, ~~mostly notable facts or important events~~.''<br>		Recently and rapidly organized, with the move of the Straw Hat Pirates from their retirement, Vindel Von Kill claimed the only way for there to be order in the world would be for him to be the sole ruler of the World Government. The other Celestial Dragons disagreed, and Von Kill too this as a personal insult. He left them all, and they expected him to die in misery, as anyone else had done before. However, Von Kill was a tyrant in his own right, and forced his followers to obey and fear him. Gathering friends and rivals under his banner, he began his plot.<br>
			Over the next year, Von Kill learned much, and set up even more. Using his unmatched scientific genius, he developed new weapons, and ways to use Devil Fruits. Taking Ceasar and Vegapunk's research, he managed to create weapons of mass destruction, and intended to use them on the Marines and the World Government. With his contacts, he gathered various fringe-living resistance armies and forged them into a highly dangerous and effective fighting force. In 12 months, Von Kill became the most dangerous man in the world, short of Straw Hat Luffy himself.<br>
			Assembling the warring nations of the [[Tanjihad Faction]] as an ally, gaining the loyalty of the [[Randulfus Order]], and lowering himself to employing riffraff like the [[Hellrider Posse]], Von Kill became a force to be reckoned with, but lacking the raw numbers to match the Marines, he schemed with the [[Los Quatros Fabulosos]] to gain even more power to his individual solders,
