	Makoto is a bastard-child and does not talk about her life before being eight years old. At age eight, she met her father, Daisuke Jigen. At the time, he was the only blood reletive she had. He begrudgingly raised her, keeping her out of trouble but still teaching her pretty much everything he knew about guns as soon as she was able to hold one steady. She was a skilled gunslinger by her teens and had actually caught up to her dad's skill level by the time she graduated highschool. She ~~on-and-off works with~~ the son of ~~one of her dad's acquaintences~~, Arsene Lupin IV, ~~as backup~~, ~~muscle~~ and ~~general assistance in his brash~~ and ~~flashy criminal exploits~~. ~~Ironically~~, ~~she had originally intended to become~~ a ~~police officer~~. She began practicing to join the son of a family friend, Arsene Lupin IV, in the occupation of thievery before her arrest at the age of 18 by Kousuke Zenigata, an Interpol agent. As part of a bargain to avoid jail time, she enlisted into Interpol and learned the trade under Inspector Zenigata's tutelage, becoming skilled at infiltrating criminal holdouts and removing items and people of interest with stealth and efficiency. She now works more or less solo, both as a lead investigator and agent, and as a consultant for locals.
