= Appearance =
Handsome young man with his light sandy brown hair cut short. Usually can be seen wearing jeans, t-shirt and if it is chilly out a leather jacket. His right arm is a bright 

blue glowing demonic looking arm with red scales and a bright blue demonic light piercing said scale plates. 

= Personality =
Comedic, Blabber Mouth, Might be insane. However despite this he is a generally really nice guy who believes in justice and protecting the weak.

= Background =
Cesar was born into a very happy household. Well as happy as one can get when you are the son of a half devil and a beautiful singer. He lived a pretty average life despite 

this however. Home schooled, continued to study the faith of the Order of the Sword...the good stuff...not the world dominating stuff. Singing with his mother, swording it up 

with his dad...lots of swords in his life. Such a happy life...until it all ended. One day a remnant cell of soldiers who survived the events in Fortuna City sprang an attack 

on the house hold. They were caught off guard when the soldiers arrived. To this day he still doesn't remember exactly what happened...all he knows is that when he woke up, 

his right arm was gone and remaining was his father's devil bringer and sword. In his pocket was a note that said: "This is good bye Cesar. I am sorry it had to be like this 

but you need to protect that arm and the power it has. Ignore the voices kiddo. Love Mom and Dad."

So that is what he did, he traveled the world protecting the arm, ignoring the voices in his head...and one day hoping to find the leap home. Ok not that part, but more that 

one day he hopes that he will find his parents so he can make sure that they are ok.

Cross Bones: A sword created using parts from his father's sword Red Queen to create a customized chainsaw blade sword. The sword utilizes the Exceed throrrle system. When he 

twists the handle on the sword the chainsaw blade spins and heats up to allow him to rip and tear through his enemies. When he pulls the gear shift it relaes a flamable 

liquid that when combined with the heated blade increases the power of the blows.

Skull Cracker: A customized lever action Winchester shotgun.

Holy Energy: Because of his devil blood and energy running through him he has a severe weakness to holy energy and other holy items, especially those with angelic roots. 

Borderline Crazy: Hears voices in his head...a lot. This has caused him to develop a few loose screws and has times where he is talking to himself.
