[[Merits and Flaws]] are a way to add an edge and some personalization to your characters. Below is a list of both which can be used to boost up your character, or give them some much appreciated exploits the GMs can use for drama and the player can use for flavor. PCs start with 5 points for merits, and can take up to 5 more points by taking Flaws. Note that they can have 20 points of Flaws if the player wants, but the maximum amount of Merits that can be added to a PC is 10.<br>
